- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Participants will get wet, please dress ready to raft in bathing suit and shoes that will stay on feet. Flip-flops are not allowed
- Not responsible for items lost or damaged on river, please do not take anything on the river that you are not willing to lose

We had an amazing time with Wave with my family of five. My girls are 16, 15, and 12 Our guide was Gerald and he was incredible. He was safe, super outgoing, very experienced, and super funny. We were on 3+ rapids. It was the perfect amount of challenge giving us the much desired adrenaline rush while also being safe. My wife was very hesitant about this, and Gerald made sure she felt safe at all times. I can’t speak more highly of Wave and especially Gerald. We will be returning customers.We are no spring chickens and this was our first time on the white water. Momo, our raft captain was fantastic! This activity was one of the highlights of our trip in Costa Rica. Everything was very organised. Jairo was great - really entertaining and informative. The bus ride was fun there. Then for the main event. I was very nervous as this was the first time I’ve ever done anything like this and we have 2 children aged 10 and 12. But Alonso was brilliant! Helped us navigate the rapids and I gained more and move confidence by the minute. The fruit was great - and lunch was good - the lunch was a bit rushed though. We had 20 minutes at the restaurant and this included getting changed - which meant queuing for the women’s toilets for about 10 minutes so we had about 10 mins left to eat our food. This was just a tiny gripe in what was an incredible experience that we’ll never forget. Pura Vida from Inglaterra!We had the best time with this group! I was a little nervous about going rafting with my two featherweight kids (age 11 and 13) but I needn't have been. Our guide, Daniel, was a dedicated professional who knew exactly what he was doing out on the river. The trip ended up being just the right amount of "action" for our family (A fun and bumpy ride, but not dangerous.) It was also the right amount of time, not too long or too short. My kids had a blast, the scenery was gorgeous and Daniel was a really friendly, funny and sweet person to spend half a day with. He went out of his way to make sure we were having a great experience. The photo package was also very reasonably priced and provided some really amazing pictures we will cherish.We had 7 in our group with 3 kids ages 12 and (2) 10 year olds. We had 7 in our group with 3 kids ages 12 and (2) 10 year olds. We had the most amazing time, highlight of our trip to Costa Rica! The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and loved sharing about their beautiful country. The white water rafting was so fun, we had some great rapids and even one that was a little harder. It was perfect for the kids first time. We stopped along the river for fresh fruit and an opportunity to jump in and float down. The wave rafting team was so friendly and great to spend the day with. Afterwards they took us to a local restaurant for a great lunch and a cervesa! It was an incredible experience and they also captured so many pictures of us to keep as great memories!
