Overview
We will depart your accommodations and head towards Yellowstone’s northern range, undoubtedly one of the prime wildlife viewing spots in the world, it harbors impressive bison herds, wolf packs, and meandering bears. Visitors are likely to depart from the park’s northern lands with at least one, if not more, checks on their wildlife card. Wild and pristine. When thinking about Yellowstone, a vast and amazing back-country, large carnivores, bison herds, iconic geysers, and geothermal features fill the imagination.
Along the way we will stop to take fun family friendly hike or two to a secluded lake or waterfall. Mid way through the tour we will stop for a picnic lunch at a scenic area.
Time permitting we will walk the boardwalks of Mammonth Hot Springs.
Note: to maximize our chances of seeing wildlife this your leaves early AM.

Stop At: Hayden Valley, Yellowstone National Park, WY 82190
Home to Yellowstone's second largest Bison herd, elk herds, and more. This valley attracts large predators like Grizzly Bears, wolves, coyotes, mountain lion, etc.

We loved our trip! Andrea reached out the night before saying if we left earlier there was a chance to see a grizzly eating a bison carcass. We followed his lead and witnessed the bear eating. The rest of the day included moose sightings, a coyote and fox, elk and bison. Andrea was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He made the day extra special for all of us. We loved getting out to walk and see spectacular views, and he gave us a delicious lunch. This tour was a highlight of our trip to Montana.We had a wonderful experience with this tour company! Andrea was amazing. He contacted me days before our tour to answer questions and confirm where to meet. He was very knowledgeable about the park and animals! He was very passionate about his job and as excited as we were when we saw animals. We were able to see the wolves, grizzly bear, mountain goats, moose, bison with a baby, elk, and a bald eagle, plus all the amazing sites of the park. Drinks, snacks and lunch was all provided. We would have never seen so much if we were exploring park on our own.What a great tour! Exceeded my expectations from pickup to drop off. Andrea was fantastic as a guide. He was prompt with pickup, extremely knowledgeable, flexible, thoughtful, and placed a focus on our group’s interests. I 10/10 recommend this tour.
