Andrea is truly a wealth of knowledge and somehow kept everyone engaged for the whole entire day! We have teenagers and an 8 year old which can be tough to keep everyone interested but he did so with ease. He is so passionate about his business; his excitement is contagious. We saw plenty of wildlife, navigated varying weather (snow-sun-sprinkles), took a beautiful hike, saw some of Yellowstone’s famous geographical highlights…this was a memorable trip for the whole family!

I cannot say enough how much my family and I enjoyed having Andrea as our Yellowstone tour guide for our very first trip! He showed us so much that we would not have picked up on without a professional guide. He was professional and very personable. He answered all of our questions and we really enjoyed the day with him! It was worth every penny!

Andrea was a great guide and we saw and photographed 2 wolf packs (the “shrimp” and “rescue” packs) as well as 15 mountain goats in a group, a herd of bighorn sheep, several lone coyotes, and of course many bison and elk. We also did a very nice hike. Andrea is very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna and is very passionate about Yellowstone Park. Without Andrea we would never have found the wolves, goats and sheep. You really need a guide with the proper equipment, connections and knowledge. He is a very professional guide and a nice guy.

What an amazing time we had on our private tour of Yellowstone!! This was our first time traveling here and our group of 6 knew that we wanted an experienced guide to take us around since we had no idea where to go. We chose wisely!! Our guide Andrea was so knowledgeable and knew exactly where to take us to have a once in a lifetime experience. He specializes in wildlife biology and we learned so much about so many things! During our all day tour, we saw a ton of wildlife, waterfalls, lakes, breathtaking views, and he even had an incredible picnic prepared for our group. Andrea was also just an amazing person in general and we enjoyed getting to know him throughout the day. If you can request to have him, I recommend you do so! You won’t be sorry!! I hope we can come back another time and see more of Yellowstone. If and when we do, we won’t hesitate to book another private tour, and of course request Andrea!!

Our guide, Andrea, was all I could have hoped for in a guide. He was very knowledgeable about the wildlife (as you’d expect in a wildlife biologist) and the history of the park. We were able to hit all the “must see” sites and managed to spot a grizzly, bison and elk. The car was new and well equipped, including binoculars and spotting scopes. Andrea stocked it with a bounty of snacks and drinks; you don’t need to pack your own. The company is very easy to work with and accommodating. You really don’t have to plan a thing. We will absolutely hire them again when we return to the park.

The tour was amazing! Our guide Andrea made every effort to show us the best sites in Yellowstone. We even saw grizzly bears ! I would definitely recommend them for any Type of National park tours.

The views were gorgeous ! Seeing the wild life was amazing! From seeing the bears to spotting a wolf pack to the waterfalls, this trip was perfect. Every one was surprised when Nathan spotted the mama grizzly and her cubs in the dark. Nathan went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions. His fun facts were very interesting and entertaining. We would rate the tour a ten out of ten if we could and will recommend to our family and friends.

I cannot rave enough about how amazing Andrea made this tour for us. It felt like he made it so unique and special for us as they let you customize your tour for what you want to see the most. He gave us a super special opportunity to go to his secret spot to watch a family of bears off in the distance and that was the absolute coolest experience in the world. Andrea was so knowledgeable as well and provided us with the background of everything we saw in Yellowstone. We even went to a gorgeous picnic area and had a fabulous lunch and he just became part of the group almost as a good friend that was taking us on this adventure lol We all absolutely adored him and everything he offered us…. If you are visiting Yellowstone and wanting to go in a tour like this… then go with this company and this guide, you will get a unique experience seeing Yellowstone that not every tour offers and it won’t be in a big group like a lot of the other tours that are offered. He took us to all of the secret spots along with some noticeable ones but the secret ones are worth seeing even more than the famous sites. Highly suggest just seeing those on your own and going on this one of a kind experience with Andrea and his company. Thank you sooooo much Andrea!! Our group cannot stop raving about this tour! Andrea was so knowledgeable, friendly, professional and made a mean turkey sandwich! He spotted bears and bison that all of us missed! This private customized tour focused on viewing recluse wildlife in natural setting met and exceeded our expectations. We learned that intimate wildlife encounters occur in the early morning. Andrea picked us up promptly at 5:45am and within less than 30 minutes we were traveling on secluded paths watching a grizzly bear standing on its hind legs to greet the morning sunrise! Further on we witnessed a black mother bear protecting her cubs as a coyote ran by and scattered away after assessing that he would be in a losing battle. During the day we had a herd of bison slowing walking up to the front of our car and splitting across the passenger and driver window. We could have rolled down the window and touched them (we did not and do not recommend doing so!) in this, "up close and personal" experience. Andrea packed us a lunch as he brought us to a secluded area under a shaded tee and we dined on sandwiches as we watched a couple fly fishing by themselves in a local stream. He is extremely knowledgeable about Yellowstone and the environment and his description of the area was extremely informative. My wife and I had a memorable day and we highly recommend Andrea and his team of knowledgeable guides of you are looking for a private tour in Yellowstone.

This trip to Yellowstone was pure magic. Three outstanding days of beautiful spectacular views, exciting wildlife encounters, and a top notch guide. Yellowstone Adventure Tours proved to be a very professional, organized tour service. Despite some early confusion around our booking they made our visit exceptional. Our guide Andrea was outstanding, knowledgeable, accommodating and personable. He worked very hard to make sure we saw everything we needed and wanted to see. I turned 60 this year and my dream since I was young was to see a wolf in the wild. I have traveled even to Alaska with no luck. Today Andrea made my dream come true. Not only did I see one wolf but 5 wolves along with Bison, Moose, Elk and more. Everything about Andrea and this trip was beyond my wildest dreams. I can’t say enough.

We booked a wildlife safari on a family trip with 6 adults. The day exceeded our expectations. Grizzlies, moose, bighorn sheep, pronghorn antelope, elk, and a wolf- we saw them all!!!Our guide had excellent viewing equipment and provided videos. We had a great experience with Andrea. He picked us up At our hotel which made it super simple for us. We saw most all the highlights in West Yellowstone, including a bear (which wasn’t expected for the time of year). We had our young children with us, and he was super patient and considerate. The trip included a picnic lunch which was great so we didn’t have to worry about preparing anything on our own. Highly recommend!
