Our original flight was canceled after we booked the transfer. I contacted the operator with the new flight info and they confirmed the new pickup time. When we arrived, our luggage did not, so we were delayed again while filing a claim. The agent at the transfer window was very helpful, walking us partway to the pier to ensure we knew where to go since we needed to connect to our hotel shuttle on time. The taxi driver was great, too - excellent service all around!Easy to use. Close to hotel. Did have take our bags up and down a few steps. But over all good. I like the fact as the boat driver was very careful with our luggage.

Desk 71 is in the arrivals hall on the left as you exit from baggage hall. The map and instructions you give are misleading and plain wrong!

Great way to get to the hotel.
