Getting to the kiosk or desk 71 was a little bit tough but know that you must go through the sliding glass doors follow the hallway to the escalator go up turn left left and keep going straight til you see the desk or kiosk on the left side it will have a sign there saying 71 and another number . Although it was a bit of a walk to the boats your up for it after flying for 8 hours The boat is a somewhat snug but who cares your in Venice

Despite pre booking you do still have to queue to report in and wait for a taxi. Signposting to the check in desk clear and easy to find, staff friendly and helpful. Our boat was shared with around 6 other people but plenty of room for all our luggage. Less mobile people may find the water taxi a bit difficult as the head room in the boat is quite low ( and I’m quite short). So exciting to arrive by boat going up the Grand Canal - Definitely the way to arrive in Venice especially if your first visit!

Lovely way to travel from the airport. Easy to find the desk(up the escalator and straight to the end). We got dropped off within minutes of the hotel .

Overcrowded transfer (12 passengers plus at least 15 suitcases). No-one to meet us. Waited around for 30-45 minutes as it was totally confusing who was to take us. We never received any tickets but that didn't seem to bother them as they had our booking ref. Arrived in the end but it was indeed memorable for all the wrong reasons. Cramped, claustrophobic and unpleasant.

Flight was delayed 2 hours but still honoured transfer. It was quick, easy and stress free. Really simple to find, take escalators up to first floor then walk to the end of corridor, desk 71 clearly marked.

We bought the wrong tickets. We tried to explain to them that the process was not clearly explained to us. That we would buy new tickets. But there must be clearer explanation on the machines for other tourists. But they stayed impolite and said no ticket you get of the boat. There was no point communicating with them.

Venice is beautiful, the weather was perfect, loved it!! The Rialto hotel was in a great location, but needed better facilities in the room.

Boat to packed, and you could not see out of the windows due to the number of stickers and being seated to low.

It was a beautiful ride from the airport we dropped of a few passengers and then we were let off a few blocks from the hotel. It's one of a kind experience.

Excellent way to get from the airport to your hotel. Wonderful way to get to see Venice for the first time.

Would not take to our hotel even though it was only 250 metres further up the canal. Once we were dumped at the offloading point the instructions on how to get to our hotel were wrong. Police nearly stoped us for speeding. Very unpleasant experience altogether. Other people wer dropped at their hotel why weren’t we when previously stated that we would be.

Fabulous efficient service. Reported to desk 71 upstairs in arrivals and quite soon after shown to our water taxi which dropped us outside our hotel. Excellent service.

Good tour, but have a look around the other shops before you commit to glass purchases (unless you want the best of the best )

Great way to enter the city and explore Venice along the way! Highly recommend. Easy to find at airport (look for signs of desk 71) and only a short wait for our ride.

The desk to find this is upstairs in the departure floor on the left. We could not find it for a while it was really difficult to actually locate the desk. Once we got on it was lovely (bit of a squeeze they really do pack it) but the views were amazing. Very convenient way of getting to Venice and your hotel.

There was no one to tell me what boat or where to go. 3 different people told me where to go and then finally someone was able to direct me to the correct boat to get on. Very unorganzied with no direction on where to go. Also not speaking the language made it even more difficult. The direction on the voucher didn’t help either.

A very fast & smooth transfer mode from the airport to our Hotel, with a very helpful desk crew. Highly recommended.

The staff at the counter were fabulous - the driver of the transport must of been having a bad day as he was very grumpy but I guess that happens, The experience of going to Venice by water transport was quick and definitely worth it Will do this again as iit was hassle free and a great way to start a Venice experience

Links to city are advertised in the baggage claim room.We used the bus into the city which dropped us at the bus station-a glass Bridge away from the square outside the railway station, where the water buses stop, and about 500 yards from our hotel.
