Great tour, long day but the gardens are beautiful, red snapper lunch at the Agave tequila farm really good too as was the tequila tour. Jesus and Carlos our guide and driver made it a great day too, couldn't have picked a better tour. Thank you.

Air conditioning in cam was broken, two people got heat stroke and really sick. The driver was on his phone the ENTIRE time, which of course meant driving erratically- slamming on the breaks, flooring the accelerator, flying around people. He didn’t believe that the AC wasn’t working. Why have a tour where the lunch is optional? Have the lunch be mandatory or don’t offer if at all, it is so misleading. 4 people got to sit around for 2 hours while the rest of the group got to eat and drink. AWFUL. I wouldn’t chose this company again, ever. Find someone else.Thomas was a great tour guide and the driver was excellent - great for all ages. 6 tequila shots were awesome. the hike through the botanical garden was gorgeous but wear comfortable shoes and bring bug spray. lunch was worth it to get included instead of paying for it there.

This was probably the worst guided trip ever!!! It started when they forgot to pick us up at the resort. After the concierge called, they sent a car to pick us up then dropped us at another meeting spot. Our sole purpose of this trip was to go to the Botanical Gardens and spend several days. We were told we’d have lunch, though the price was not included. Once we got on the bus, we were told the entire itinerary which included a stop at a chocolate factory, a tequila factory, and only about 1 1/2 hours at the botanical gardens. Lunch was not at the Botanical Gardens as we were told, but somewhere else. THe first stop was at the so-called chocolate factory located at the cruise ship terminal! Big Whoop! I can go to a chocolate store on my own. This was only. Minutes after we started! At that point we knew this was NOT what we signed up for. As the guide said, one could spend two to three days exploring the area, but we were expected to do it in 90 minutes? We don’t drink so a tequila factory holds zero interest for us. The real problem started when we “tried” to explain our concerns to the guide. He was on of those people who talk right over you and doesn’t allow you to get a word in edgewise. All he wanted to do was tell us he’d give us “extra time” at the gardens. He never. Stopped long enough for us to speak. Next thing I know we’re in a shouting match where again, all he wanted to do was to talk over me. SImply awful. We left and walked 30 minuted back to the resort. We were not alone in what we expected the trip to be. Two other couples also thought the trip was primarily to the Botanical Garden and lunch would also be at the Garden. They were not at all happy either, though they did continue on with the tour. If you want to be driven around to predetermined tourist traps, this is definitely the trip for you. If you actually want to “see” the botanical gardens, stay away.Great tour with so many activities to enjoy!
