Contact information and Recommendations upon arrival at Cancun Airport
Please follow these recommendations when you arrive at the Cancun airport to find our representative who will gladly welcome you and take you to where the operator is to give you transportation to your hotel or destination.
We suggest you print and take these recommendations with you:
• Once you land in Cancun, you must go through immigration and customs first, after migration you can collect your luggage and go to the main exit of the airport building.
• Upon reaching the main exit you will notice a panoramic glass door.
• Passing this door you will notice an indefinite number of representatives of carriers and travel agencies with Passenger Name Signs and logos of the different companies and companies.
• One of these representatives will be waiting for you duly uniformed with A GO CANCÚN sign and your name written on a virtual tablet.
Important Notice: Before leaving the airport building inside, you may be contacted by a hotel timeshare agent who, for entertaining you and trying to sell you, will tell you to help us contact you after listening to you, we ask you to Please do not be fooled and continue to the outside. When leaving the building it could be a bit overwhelming to see a large number of representatives with signs and to be able to contact our representative, we advise you not to lose your cool. Your representative will be waiting for you as long as necessary. In the event that for any reason you cannot find your representative, we suggest you call us at the numbers below, we recommend that you do not let representatives of other carriers try to help you and dial for you. All our drivers and representatives are duly uniformed with a phosphorescent green filipina and black pants both with the STP CARIBE AND GO CANCUN AIRPORT SHUTTLE logo. Each Representative carries an Official identification issued by the Cancun Airport where his name and the name of our company appear.
