Jose is a great driver. He messaged us on the morning of our scheduled private van (for a group of 6) and he openly communicated with us until he arrived at our hotel. He was punctual (arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled pickup time). He also had cold water ready for all of us. He drove fast but safely, and he carried all of our luggage to the front of our Airbnb. I’ll definitely book with STP Caribe (and hopefully get Jose as my driver) the next time I go to Cancun/Riviera Maya!

I booked because of TA reviews and was not disappointed. STP was at airport and in contact with me while i was still on the pane. Gave me good directions to find them in transport area. Arturo was my driver and was excellent. he chatted when i wanted to chat and was quiet when i rested my eyes. Asked about my comfort level and answered my questions. Quickly got to my destination Maya Riviera.

We took transport with “Arturo Saldivar” from STP Caribe (Cancun airport - Tulum). Very comfortable and quick drive. I forgot my cellphone in taxi, fortunately Arturo is very responsible driver and got it to me next day! Great job Arturo!👍👌

I highly recommend this service. I used them from Cancun airport to Akulam, and then again for the reverse transfer. They were ahead of my pick up time, polite, and the van was very nice. I traveled solo, but the van would have fit a small group of people. Jose was kind and got me to the airport ahead of schedule. I booked both trips the day before with no problem and they confirmed my trip within minutes. Excellent and affordable.

The service was great. Booked the morning of our flight and were met by a guy that took us to our transfer and explained the process of the transfer. We received sanitiser, cool towels, moisturiser and beers Emanuel our driver was fabulous. We contacted him after our transfer and a quote was provided for an excursion. Would definitely recommend.

I was worried about booking a transfer but I needn't have. They were fantastic from start to finish. We chose the cheapest option but it was perfect. Our driver was lovely. We'd kept him waiting ages at Cancun Airport as it was so busy (be prepared...its mayhem...waited 2 hours for luggage) but he was charming the whole journey. Greeted us with cool flannels and chilled water. The van was immaculate and air conditioned. It made all the difference as we were hot and tired after a long journey. Totally recommend this company.

Igor was very friendly and professional and got us to our hotel in no time. We had water on ice and WiFi to so time passed quickly.

We used STP Caribe for our transportation from Cancun airport to Tulum and had a great experience. Fair price, and very accommodating with communication. Our flight was delayed and they were more than willing to wait an hour extra for us to arrive. Our driver Miguel was excellent, super chill guy and made it a great experience between offering libations and driving very safely and answering questions.

STP Caribe was so easy to book, and they made the entire process seamless from beginning to end. I appreciated the confirmation emails and explicit instructions on where to meet our driver. Upon arrival, I received a text from Carlos letting me know where exactly to meet him. He then checked us in and got us in our private van transfer with Andres. Andres was very friendly, offering us fresh, cold water and a refresher towel which was lovely after a 6 hour flight. Andres was a cautious driver and got us there feeling ready for vacation. We look forward to our return trip and using STP Caribe in the future!

Excellent service for our transfers from and to Cancun airport. Would highly recommend. Alfredo picked us up to take us to our resort and when it was time to come home we were picked up by Darwin. Communication is brilliant and the drivers keep you informed of where they are etc. would highly recommend
