Xplor will take you above, below, and even through the earth. Paddle on a raft over crystal clear waters, navigating through caves, and amongst impressive rock formations.
Experience the adventure of conquering all different terrains in a 5 mile journey through the exotic Caribbean jungle. Explore eight caverns in a mighty two-seater amphibious vehicle. Swim through the most mysterious routes, surrounded by breathtaking stalactites and stalagmites.
And if that isn’t enough, soar above it all on a 14 platform zip-line circuit with a few water landings thrown in to refresh your senses. This action packed tour will leave you anything but bored! Remember to stop at some point and enjoy your buffet-style lunch and refreshments.

- Not wheelchair accessible
- Wear swimsuit, comfortable beach clothing and water shoes. Bring a change of clothes and towel. Sunscreen and insect repellant must be free of chemicals and biodegradable to be used in the Park. Some activities are not recommended during pregnancy, persons with heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension or claustrophobia.
- Minimum age: 5 years. Child price applies between 5 – 11 years old, but must show official ID. Only over 18 ´s with proof of driving license may drive the amphibious vehicles.
- Minimum age required for Hammock Splash activity: 6 years.
- At Zip-lines the minimum height required is 3.6 ft. The minimum weight required is 88 lbs. and a maximum of 300 lbs. The circumference capacity of the harness belt is 51 in and 27 in for the legs.
- Infants must sit on laps
- Transportation included only from/to centrally located Hotels in Playa del Carmen City.
- It is of the utmost importance that you provide your complete Hotel/Cruise details at the time of booking. Without this information, we will not be able to confirm your reservation. If this is the case, please contact us immediately to reconfirm your reservation

Fantastic day. Not cheap but every activity top notch and the food is on another level. Safety and conservation comes first but a great fun day! Ziplines are so high and so terrifying but they're supposed to be. Everything is immaculate and looked after but done so well and sympathetic to nature....

Mariesela was amazing and helped us set everything up and EXACTLY what she told us was included and not included was accurate so we didn’t get no surprises. This trip was excellent because of oscar. He recommend Chichen-itzá and xplor fuego. They were amazing. Chichen-itzá is part of the new 7 wonders of the world. So worth it. Made my 30th birthday one to remember for life

So we booked our a tour through sunwing representative and its part of Nexus company for XPLOR. We booked for 6 people for 7am bus pick up today nov 9. As we gave the receipt to the bus driver he said only 3 people were booked to get pick up. We told him no we have receipt and its for 6 people. H...
So we booked our a tour through sunwing representative and its part of Nexus company for XPLOR. We booked for 6 people for 7am bus pick up today nov 9. As we gave the receipt to the bus driver he said only 3 people were booked to get pick up. We told him no we have receipt and its for 6 people. He told us only 3 can go on the bus and the other 3 were booked for 10 am pick up and its not even in our hotel its all the way to coco bongo pick up. Now we talked to the representative and said that he made transportation arrangement at 10. So now we're all waiting until 10 probably wont get there until 11 or so and we only have until 5 to do all the activities. We f**** paid so much to do half day and everyone is already in a bad mood. The representative said that the office made a f**** mistake booking it. O wouldve understand if they told us when we booked it and not on the day of we were leaving because we woke up so early, rushed breakfast just to get on the bus. we didnt even drink last night cus we know that we had to wake up early. It is very inconvenient. I Would probably not book with them in the future. Waste of money. Find somebody else to book your excursion if you can!!!314zaidm
