Don’t miss this tour. It was wonderful. We were in Athens just one day and didn’t realize it was the Orthodox Easter Monday holiday. Despite that, and the fact that many shops were closed, Anna arranged a tour for us with the most wonderful guide Penelope. We were treated to the favorite tour of our trip so far. Penelope is so personable and knowledgeable about not only Greek food but also anthropology. We were treated like VIPs. We tasted so much delicious food and had a thoroughly delightful day. Thank you Penelope and thank you Anna for accommodating us on your holiday.That was a great tour of Athens, Anna was the lovely guide, she is fun and knowledgeable, the food was amazing, we definitely won't be able to find this place by ourselves. From all the food tours I have taken in many different cities around the world this was by far one of the best. Anna is warm,authentic, passionate and she definitely knows her (Greek) food! It was an absolutely enjoyable relaxed walk through neighborhoods of Athens and local little spots that I would never have thought of visiting on my own. The food was equally varied and delicious and by the end I really felt I had a small but complete experience of what Greek cuisine has to offer. Highly recommended !
