Today we toured with Kostas, he was fantastic very passionate about food and culture. The tour itself was amazing we ate so many cool things and learned a lot. I was absolutely stuffed. You would not be disappointed by booking this tour. I have done many food tours in my life and I’ve give this one 10/10.

Our guide was Kostas; he was awesome!! We saw and ate so much we skipped dinner. It was the best way to start our visit in Athens; we understood much more about the food and shopping areas. The whole group seemed to really enjoy themselves and get into the spirit of trying new foods.

Fantastic tour and Terry was an excellent guide. As well as tasting some wandering local foods, all of which was excellent, he provided great info on local sights we walked past and some history on Athens and Greece. Much more than just a food tour. We would definitely recommend it.

Our Guide Costas was not only informative and enjoyable but also a fine young man. The Greek food he presented to us from morning bakeries to a proper lunch were outstanding! We would book this Food Tasting again and request Costas as well.

This was a great tour! We had Menelaous as our tour guide. We made 8 or 9 stops for tastings. I loved the variety. Pastries, the meat market, cheese shop, coffee, and various others. We got a bit of history along with the food.

Kostas was an amazing guide explaining the history of the food we sampled as we walked through the market areas of the city center. It all culminated in a fabulous feast of dishes…an overall wonderful experience!

Make sure you schedule a morning or afternoon for this amazing food tour. We did the Ultimate Food tasting tour. We met at Monastiraki square in front of Holy church of Virgin Mary Pantanassa. From there we walked the streets of Athens savoring some amazing food. Our guide, Lefteris, was fun and informative. He also added a lot of history to our tour so it wasn't just about the food. Our last stop was a taverna where we sampled all kinds of delicious mezes (appetizers). Highly recommend this tour.

We went out with Lefteris, and had such a fun time. We got to taste many savory items. We also stopped at a cheese place (I never knew fresh feta was so soft and tangy) and an olive spot. Of the two food tours we did in Greece, this one was the best, both for the variety of food, but the knowledge of our guide as well. I learned so many things on this tour. Definitely a must if you come to Athens.

What an amazing experience. My daughter & I capped off our week in Greece with the morning Ultimate Food Tasting Tour. Left was our guide. We wandered the streets and ate amazing foods while learning the history of what we were eating and how it tied into every aspect of Greek life. There's no better way to get to know a country than to understand its food. Highly recommend this tour. I'm sure you'll be happy with any of the guides. We were thrilled with Left.

This was one of the best food tours I’ve ever taken in any city in the world. Costos was so wonderful and so knowledgeable about not only food and culture, but neighborhoods and things that we’re going on in the area. We ate at many different places, like we had Yogurt, that was delicious, then a type of pretzel ring with tahini, then cheese, and farm bread, and then had a feast at a local restaurant with a little wine. It was so interesting to see the market with meats and fish and produce. We were joined on the tour with another small family and stayed after to talk and exchange stories. And they were absolutely wonderful. We ended with having ice cream. It was just out of this world. What an excellent host and we would do it again if we came back to Greece. Well worth the money which included all of the food.

That has the best food tasting tour we ever had! Anna is so fun and knowledgeable and the food was delicious, traditional local place, of the beaten path! Highly recommended!

Lefteris was a fantastic guide and we had a lot of fun on this tour! Tried so many new things (which were absolutely delicious) and went to places we would have never known to try. Left was super knowledgeable of the culture and history as well. Would definitely recommend!

Our guide, Lefteris, was informative and funny; the time flew by. The tour combined amazing food (of course) and facts about Greek history, culture, architecture, modern society, etc. He also adjusted his recommendations based on what we prefer, so no one missed out at any of the stops. Great way to start our holiday in Athens. There are spots we'll be going back to before we leave.

I visited Athens in September 2023, Menelaos was our guide and he was amazing. One tip, be prepared to walk a lot but trust me, you're going to be stuffed by the end of the tour. The many stops help you pace yourself and just when you think it's over the last stop will blow you away with how much delicious food comes out. Well worth the money and a must do when in Athens.

I highly recommend the Ultimate Food Tasting Tour. Anna was our tour guide, she was fantastic and our group had a lot of fun. We tasted authentic Greek foods, walked around the city and learned some Greek history. I would recommend this tour early in your trip, it was a great orientation to the city. Kick off your visit with this tour and allow time to return for more food.

This tour was once in a lifetime experience! We had the change to taste a huge variety of Greek foods, including pies and mezze! Anna was an amazing guide, she took us to a walk through the city find all the hidden gems of Greek delights! Highly recommend it!

The perfect variety of food places. Lefteris even suggested a restaurant for us to try on our own which we did on the next day and it was perfect! Do this tour—you will be glad you did!
