Stop At: Kakum National Park, Cape Coast Ghana
The Kakum National Park has alot of plants species and animals. The Park is home to the famous Kakum canopy walk way.
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Elmina Castle, Elmina Ghana
The Elmina castle is the first Colonial building in the Sub Sahara Africa. This Castle have a very significant history when it comes to the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade. We will also do a community tour the Elmina Fishing village.
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Cape Coast, Cape Coast, Central Region
Relax at the Oasis Beach Resort in Cape-coast and have lunch.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Cape Coast Castle, Cape Coast Ghana
Visit the Cape Coast Castle which was built by the British and it served as one of the main passing points for Captive Africans from the Coast of West Africa to the Carribeans and the Americas during the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade.

Benjamin led us on a guided heritage tour in th Cape Coast region in Ghana. He adapted the visit to include the Assin Manso Slave Market and river instead of the Kakum National Park since we were most interested in the history and connections of Ghana to the slave trade. We really appreciated this recommendation. The hotel pickup and arrangements via whatsapp were good, and appreciate that it was earlier at 6am to beat traffic. Our driver for the day was great, too. The beachfront lunch was a nice break in a pretty long a d heavy trip given the content of the historic slave castles. I recommend the service! 🇬🇭This was a great tour. We saw three great spots in and near Cape Coast, had a great lunch, and all of the transportation, ticketing and logistics were handled expertly by Ben. Early start and back in the evening. Highly recommend. Ben is knowledgeable and can help you learn a lot about Ghana.

The day felt so comfortable and relaxed, it was if I was hanging out with friends. Ben is very knowledgeable so the tour was very informative. Raw emotions surfaced for me while visiting Elmina and Cape Coast so it will be an experience I will never forget! I highly recommend touring with Ben if interested in learning more about Ghanaian culture beyond a guide book.
