We got super lucky and were able to have our tour split between both Jamila and Kwame. They both went out of their way to make sure my family had an amazing experience. I recently moved to Guatemala City and I've been to Antigua a couple of times since my move here, but had never really fully explored it. My family was here to visit so this seemed like the perfect opportunity to get to know the town a little better. I was blown away by all the amazing places that Jamila and Kwame introduced to us - I had no idea that all of these cool little spots existed. After doing this tour, I have a completely different view of Antigua - it has so much to offer beyond the cobblestone streets and volcano views (as great as they are). It's clear that they both truly love the places they've discovered and are genuinely excited to share them with others. The whole experience felt really relaxed - more like we were hanging out with friends who were showing us around rather than being on a tour. Thank you Jamila and Kwame for an unforgettable time! I signed up to go on this Antigua Foodie Tour on my first day in Antigua and was very glad I did. Kwame was very knowledgeable about the food & restaurant scene in Antigua as well as life in Antigua in general and he made the afternoon walking around and sample delicious offerings at the different stops a delight. Kwame was friendly and very customer service oriented. The tour was well-paced and unhurried and Kwame kindly followed up and emailed details of other eateries he had mentioned on the tour. All in all, a fun experience which is highly recommended! I've already gone back to 2 of the places we visited on the tour! Thank you Kwame!
