Having read some of the other reviews I was somewhat concerned, however I really shouldn’t have been. We were picked up at 07:05 and had a fairly lengthy trip but this was broken up both by the comfort of the bus and the quality of the guide. We arrived at the cable car and getting tickets and ascending was timely and efficient. Sadly we could not hime the full altitude of the Teide due to snow and ice. I did think this was over cautious but then overheard some hypoxic mouth breather complaining they were cold (despite the fact they had knowingly paid to ascend to 3550m). Hearing this idiotic comment made me realise that as a society, we aren’t quite ready to have such freedoms as to ascend the full height… I get it! After descending our guide made up for the missing hike with a more leisurely amble around the old crater and we went home quite satisfied. Thanks for an excellent dayPaulJ80

We booked the tour from the south with cable car tickets. The booking was easy directly via the company’s website. We booked the tour from the south with cable car tickets. The booking was easy directly via the company’s website. It wasn’t clear the pick up time or trip duration prior to clicking confirm and this was a bit disconcerting. The actual pick up was emailed after booking and was 0745 a few minutes walk away from our hotel. There was the inevitable period of pick ups from various hotels. The tour guide Benjamin was very knowledgable and good humoured. The coach was comfortable and felt very safe and well driven on some twisty roads. It was good to go by coach as parking was challenging at various points. We were lucky with the weather and it would be best to book when you have a better idea of forecast as the cable car can close due to weather etc. The time at the top felt a bit rushed and there wasn’t time to get any lunch in the cafe at the cable car base station, which would have been nice. I think there needs to be a minimum 2hr stop here. The other stop at the Roques was also very picturesque. I think many of the poor reviews here are unfair and this was definitely a good way of doing it and hearing lots of interesting information. People do need to be aware of the challenges of the weather and book accordingly, perhaps with shorter noticelarituo

This is a bit of a scam. Avoid it. They don’t tell you pick up times etc until after you pay. They don’t answer questions directly. Very poor. Felt ripped off .

If you have a car just do it in the car. The cable car was closed despite being a beautiful weather..maybe they are already celebrating Christmas, I dont know. It was a really long bus drive with a very mediocre tour guide with equally mediocre level of English. I've heard better English from wai...
If you have a car just do it in the car. The cable car was closed despite being a beautiful weather..maybe they are already celebrating Christmas, I dont know. It was a really long bus drive with a very mediocre tour guide with equally mediocre level of English. I've heard better English from waiters in restaurant. We havent really learned anything about Tenerife...maybe that they import potatoes from England. The fact that the cable car is closed was announced on the bus just after the last passengers were collected...and as I was curious I went to your Facebook page to see that it was there already for at least 30 minutes...and we were meant to receive a text message in case the weather will not allow for the excursion to take place...sneaky technique to extort people from 26 euro per person for a really poorly organised and executed trip on a crowdy bus. If I only read any of the reviews prior to going on that trip I would avoid sore back and I wouldnt waste my time...not saying money...as now they are supposed to issue a refunds for the cable car part of ticket...for some reason I think it won't be as straight forward as we were told on the bus... Anyway , I do not recommend for the fact that it is poorly organised , we were meant to be collected at 8:25 and the bus was 20 mins late, followed by a poor level of English presented by the tour guide and to finish with the fact that it was not informative or entertining at any point...
