I booked the Yukon trip in Skagway through Viator Tour company. We were picked up in an older 14 passenger vehicle that was very uncomfortable and difficult to get in and out of. On one of the stops, as my wife was trying to exit the vehicle, she hit her knee on a metal piece that was hidden and built into the back of the seat in front of her, cutting her knee and causing tremendous pain and preventing her from bearing weight on her knee. She is having a hard time walking and needed medical assistance from the doctor on our cruise ship.We enjoyed this tour very much! The drive was beautiful and our guide was very interesting and shared much information. The suspension bridge area is very nice with a snack shop and nice rest rooms. Obviously the view from the bridge was breathtaking!

Feefo Reviews Logo English (United Kingdom) Customer Experience Michael Boteler2 minutes ago ' Anyone who loves photography, beautiful views, and laughing, this is for you ' Where do I even begin? First off, our guide's name was Mike. Mike was SO funny and welcoming. My wife and I were laughing the entire excursion. At all the stops we made, he would offer to take a picture of us in the scenery... The first time he did this, he took a quick selfie of himself as a joke. We found out hours later when we were going through all the photos and we thought it was hilarious. Beyond our fantastic guide, the stops for photos were amazing. Mike admitted that the stops depend on weather, how many other guides are there already, time, and a few other reasons. So this means he changes the destinations of our pit photo stops along the way so we have full privacy to take our photos without being cramped! It was great! All through the trip, Mike gave us wonderful stories and histories not only about Skagway but of the locations we visited. The suspension bridge is really great, it is in Canada, so bring your passports, and it's a bit of a drive, but it's all a wonderful experience. We made an impromptu stop because Mike spotted mountain goats, so he lent out his binoculars and we all stood and watched the animals scale the side of the mountain! If you are looking for an excursion that will make you laugh, give you stories and history, go to off-the-trail photo locations, and have an all-around blast of a time, choose this excursion. You WILL NOT regret it.
