Maybe it’s a good thing to do with children but pass away if you have already did few national parks.Highly recommend Harvey as a tour guide! Some of the sloths were incredibly hard to find and there is no way we could have spotted them on our own. Our tour guide for the coffee and chocolate portion was also very nice and informative and we got to enjoy some authentic treats, including a fresh squeezed sugar cane shot. We loved it.We did a sloth-tour, coffe- and chocolate tour and a hike to the Vulcano/ hot spring river. The guide for the sloth-tour was really knowledgeable and highly recommended! We did a sloth-tour, coffe- and chocolate tour and a hike to the Vulcano/ hot spring river. The guide for the sloth-tour was really knowledgeable and highly recommended! His name was Johnny and a really nice guy. The coffee - and chocolate tour was a bit disappointing in my opinion. That's why I gave a 4 instead of 5 star. A bit overpriced. The best thing about the whole experience with this company was the volcano guide Rául!! An amazing guide who knows how to make the group laugh. Highly recommend spending a day with this guy!We took package 4 (sloths+coffee+chocolate) from Arenal Jungle Tour. First we walked around and observed the sloths in their natural habitat. We took package 4 (sloths+coffee+chocolate) from Arenal Jungle Tour. First we walked around and observed the sloths in their natural habitat. Our guide, Harvey, was not only super friendly but also knowledgable and taught us a lot about the perzosos (=lazy =sloths) . He spots sloths with an eagle-eye...and they are not easy to spot. We took dozens of awesome photos and videos of the sloths 🦥. Definitely a memorable exprerience. After the sloth-tour we moved on to the coffee and cacao plantations and tasted chocolate in 3 different forms. To make the experience whole we finished with a “sugar cane juice” and guaro. Sergio was apparently leading the tour for the very first time but it one could not have told it. He was professional and created a great atmosphere. Big thumbs up goes to both Harvey and Sergio.
