After receiving our pick up time (only after calling the night before) we waited over 45 minutes past that time for someone to actually get us. Then we had to make more stops. It’s fine to be late, I get it, thinks happen, but a courtesy call would have been appreciated.

Booked last minute because the taxis were basically a scam to and from the airport. For this friendly, on-time service we paid about 7$cad/pp. Will use again and highly recommend.

Owen arrived promptly in a nice, clean, air-conditioned bus. The ride was very pleasant, we had great conversation and Owen was very informative. We got to the airport in a timely manner.

They claimed they didn't have any info about picking us up at our resort. We had to pay $40.00 for a taxi, so we could make our flight on time. I have used Trip Advisor before with no problems, but will not trust using again!!
