The system and being able to contact a live person was difficult. Too many numbers and one of the numbers that state you can connect on WhatsApp was not a working number. Also the hotel selection was lax, they need to improve the online aspect of their site. Also the time of pick up was to early…7:55 am for a 2:35pm flight. The bus was a bit shaky with the road conditions. Otherwise the driver Stephens was on time and courteous. I would not use this service to leave the island or I will do private service next time.

Annmarie was amazing to help us set up all our excursions, our Mobay VIP and return trip to the airport. She explained all our options very well and followed through to make sure we were taken care of.

I used Nexus Tours for my departure transfer to the airport from my hotel. I was able to get on standby for an earlier flight, and Nexus Tours refused to change my transportation by moving it up an hour. I ended up missing my new flight. Also not sure why they tell you to get to the airport 3 hours early, I was through security and at the gate within 10 minutes of arrival. My guess is they give you that much time so you waste money in the airport, and so they can be late for the pickup (which they were 15 minutes late for my pickup). You would think for airport transfers they would be more helpful, but I did not find that the case.

The nexus customer service rep was rude and has an attitude. I asked the rep how will know when the bus arrive and which bus to look out for. My pick up time was at 2:15pm and I asked the question at 1:50pm. Which half hour before my time. Her response was “ oK mA'AM iTS bARELY 13:50. Your pick up time is at 14:15”. I was staying at the Riu Ochi Rios. So was I suppose to ask where my bus at at 2:15pm. These people don’t know how to talk to customers. And this behaviour is unacceptable.

Samantha Williams at the Royalton Negril was the best. She made sure my Birthday Vacation was the best one yet!!! I cannot wait to come back again!

Basically they presented themselves as having great service, which they don't. Even though we booked a share service, and we understand what that implies, they wanted to pickup us seven (7) hours before our flight departure, just to acomodate their needs. When we asked for options, they said they didn't had any, and they wanted to charge us even more that the actual cost of a taxi to the airport. That is an insult and represents a company that wants to take advantage of people when they are in a foreign country.

Nexus Tours provided our transfer on July 15th from Riu Negril to the Montego Bay Airport. When trying to confirm pick-up time with their representative at the hotel, she was very rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. It seemed like she didn't want to be there or do her job. Also, our flight departed at 11:15 am but we were given a pick-up time of 4:50 am. We were in a group of 15 people taking the same flight back, and the others that booked transfers with other companies were picked up at around 7am. We voiced our concern, but nothing was done to try to accommodate us. Again, the representative was very nasty about it. It was a take it or leave it situation. As a result, we were at the airport around 6 am in the morning, 5 hours before our flight. We see this as inconsiderate and unnecessary. Therefore would not recomend this company.

Short and sweet: this sucks. International flights need 3 hours to arrive at the airport and we will be arriving with less than 2 hours to get on our plane. Guess we won’t be able to hit the gift shop.

The driver was friendly and helpful. Using the app was relatively easy. Great prices compared to book a different way.

I was never given a pickup time. My driver showed up 3 hours early and called my room. When I was awakened out of deaf sleep, I told him to give me 20 mins. When I got to lobby, he had driven off. He never took me to the airport. I had to catch a ride with a different driver.

Nothing. Scheduled a 10:00 pick up/ transfer from hotel to airport never showed up. Called customer service and was told the driver came at 8:00am (for a 12:00pm flight). Almost missed my flight waiting for a pick up. Unreliable. I will never use this company again. The absolute worst.

It was great I was scared because it was so cheap I thought I was not going to be picked up on time but it was waiting for me 10m earlier nice!!!!!!

Nexus had made this experience so much easier ! From the shuttle to and from the hotel to the booking for my excursion was awesome . Sandra booked everything for us & we really had no worries it was a great birthday trip.
