Our guide, Aki, was very knowledgeable and presented a wide range of sake. His explanations, aided by a printed handout, were clear and informative. I know something about sake before the tasting, but learned a lot more and some of the styles I have not had. My only negative was that as the tasting progressed the crowd got a bit loud and it was harder to focus on tasting per se, but nevertheless I would recommend to someone wanting learn more about sake.Great vibes and great value for this experience!
