What to expect
Regardless of if you are landing on Terminal A or B of Punta Cana International airport, please go outside the terminal and you will see your driver waiting with a sign with your name.
Please, be aware of “pirate taxis”, they will try to “help” you by making fake calls saying that your driver said he won’t be on time or he has a problem but this is not true, also beware of timeshare representatives offering tours at a ”discounted” rate on the condition that you go to a ”lunch” or ”presentation”.

I am extremely happy with this transfer company, it was the most economically out of all the transfer companies I searched and they provided top notch service from the beginning to the end. As soon as I booked I was contacted and informed through WhatsApp with all the necessary details of the transfer. They even send you a pic of your driver waiting for you outside so that you know who to look for. At the shuttle they greeted us with complimentary cold beers during our 30 min trip to our resort. They reached out to me throughout the whole trip and they help with any tours or excursions that you might be interested. They even help with required covid tests for the flight out of the country. I was a party of 9 arriving to punta cana but two of my friends missed our flight and arrived later on another flight to PUJ, they were quick to send another shuttle to pick them up later and take them to our resort. This was probably the best transfer service I have used anywhere so far. Julio runs an outstanding transportation service. He communicated with me immediately after I made our on-line booking and regularly thereafter to update details. He provided on-time, comfortable, private transfers to our hotel and back to the airport. The vehicles provided were modern, clean, roomy and well-maintained and were safely operated by drivers who were friendly, courteous and well-dressed. One of our drivers even stopped and obtained cold beverages for us to enjoy on the journey to the hotel, a generous, hospitable gesture that was much appreciated. We were completely satisfied with this excellent transportation operation.
