Friendly drivers, clean and modern vans, timely arrivals and great communication! Highly recommend! I was worried about paying in advance but now realize how silly that was.

The experience was great. The driver was waiting for us at the airport and swiftly got us moving towards our destination. The ride was smooth and he had water and beer for us. The ride back to the airport was just as smooth. It was so great not waiting for a shuttle and riding with a bunch of other people and making stops. Very comfortable ride.

We scheduled round trip transfers for our family of 5 from PUJ to our hotel. The communication, even before arriving, was great!!! They were on time and clearly marked with our name. On time for our return pick up from hotel. Every thing was great and really appreciate the communication, before and during our trip!! Price point was the best too!!

The pickup and drop-off was super easy. Our driver was at the airport when we arrived with our name on a sign. His vehicle was clean and he was a very safe driver. A new driver picked us up at our hotel, again holding a sign with our name. He was very nice and taught us alot about the Dominican and what we should do in future trips.

Noah Travel Services made it extremely easy for my family of six to be transported to/from the airport and our accommodations. Pickup on our arrival at the airport was on-time and our driver was easy to identify. If you've ever been to Punta Cana, you fully understand how difficult and challenging this can be. Communications with Noah Travel were easy and they responded with timely answers and assistance. Pickup and travel to the airport was even easier...looking forward to our return to Punta Cana and Noah handling all of our transportation needs!

The pickup was good but there was some issue with Viator where it only allowed me to enter the number of adults and we also had 2 small children and would need car seats. I think this is more of a Viator issue than the operator. Regardless the driver did show up with 2 car seats but thought there was only 6 of us total (there were 6 adults plus 2 kids) so the van we had was very small and cramped. The operator offered to send a larger van for our return trip for an additional $20 which was fine. However the biggest issue was that the return van never showed up at our resort even after I confirmed our pickup with the operator the day before. They were going to be at least 20 minutes late and our resort was afraid we would miss our flight so the resort got a taxi for us which we had to pay for. It was extremely stressful with a group of 8 and 2 small kids without car seats in the taxi. The operator refunded the return trip but it still ended up costing us more and was way too stressful. We have used Viator for many tours in many countries and this is the first issue we’ve had.

The transfer service was as smooth as can be. The driver was exactly on time to the airport and I was sent a text and a photo of our driver upon arrival in Punta Cana. He was waiting with a sign with our name. The ride to the resort was pleasant. I was contacted the day before my departure to schedule our trip back to the airport. Again, our driver was on time, sent us a photo, and had a sign with our name. He was helpful and friendly with cold drinks for us in the van. I would recommend this service to anyone traveling to Punta Cana. Also, I appreciated the information they sent me before I left the US that I had to fill out an e-ticket with the Dominican government before flying into the county. This was something I didn't know. A++++++++ service
