A lovely tour taking outsiders to places they would otherwise miss. Throughout the walk we got to appreciate the scenery Reykjavik had to offer from city proper to harbor. Personable and engaging, our tour guide, Ben was the epitome of an Icelandic welcome. He was very knowledgeable on every location we visited and every meal we had. From historical aspects, and cultural quirks, to trivia about sites en route to different locations Ben was highly informative and well versed. The tour was such a highlight that throught our stay we revisited some locations to try more menu items. A truly enjoyable experience. This is our second food tour. This is our second food tour. Our first was in November 2021 we had this great food tour guide named Ben. He was great, knowledgeable and shared information about each restaurant and each dish and discussed it within a context of Icelandic culture and history. He brought the dishes to life in a sense. He was funny and personable and professional. We enjoyed him so much when we returned this trip (May 2022) we requested Ben again and did a slightly different tour and he was equally great.I have done this tour twice now and it was two completely different experiences! He was very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. You could tell that he really enjoys giving the tours making our experience unbeatable. I really recommend everyone take this tour if you're traveling through. It really showed us around the city and gave us some knowledge of Reykjavik. We went to some restaurants we may never have discovered and the food was amazing! I will do this every time I come back. Thank you again, Ben! We will never forget you.One of the best tours.
