Rainy and snowy day made the day not as expected.. The tour was done in Spanish (I don’t speak it and/or understand) so I felt I missed out on all the learning that would have come along with it, despite signing up for an english speaking guide. I was the only one who did not speak the language so it changed the whole day, which was a bummer. Also, in winter, they should update the ‘things you need to know’ before you book the tour, to make sure people wear proper shoes/boots. I did not and it was not fun! I thought overall it was not a great experience for me. The snow and rain prevented us from seeing the true beauty of the mountains etc. I bet this would be a totally different experience in another season. For the money I paid, I could not, in good faith, recommend it.Poor value for money and you are better to make your own way to the board and buy a ticket The excursion staff were very nice but we did not see them or even need them on the day other than for a hotel pickup and drop off.....book a taxi and go yourself. The national Park is well worth visiting
