I never give bad reviews. My motto is “ if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. “. However, on this one, I want to give fellow travellers, a warning. I initially booked this trip for the wrong date. I noticed my error within 5 minutes of booking. I tried to cancel the trip, and rebook. . Warning, the trip is a non-refundable. So I immediately sent a message to the tour operator. After not getting a response and sending multiple messages, I called TripAdvisor direct. They changed it immediately to the right date. I sent a total of three different messages about the date change to the tour operator and if they were picking us up from our Airbnb. After not hearing from them, after multiple attempts, I finally called. I was then informed that they would not be picking me up at my Airbnb, and also that the trip I was supposed to take the next morning at 8:30, that I actually had physical tickets in hand for, was sold out and I would have to go at 2pm. If I hadn’t called, I would have been sitting there waiting. They then sent me tickets for the 2pm sailing. I then decided to walk over to their office. Because I wasn’t trusting anything they said. The receptionist there, told me they did have room at 8:30 and give me new tickets. So then I had physical tickets to both the 830 sailing and the 2pm sailing not knowing which I was actually supposed to go on. Horrible, horrible customer service. Make sure you verify everything, including your time and pickup.

To begin with, the price differences between the same tour, with the same company offered by Viator and local purchases are astronomical. This same tour that cost us USD 194.09 for two people, actually costs USD 102 for two people. Once you buy with Viator, you are left in the hands of a local operator who never responds to the emails sent through the link provided by Viator and you then have to make countless calls to Viator to ask for help. They charged us for transportation from the hotel to the port and back, even though we said countless times that we did not require transportation since our hotel, Llao Llao, was 500 meters from the port and therefore, we did not need the service.

there was no tour nor was there no guide all they did was pick us up and drop us off there was almost no english even though that was requested we got lost as well

Rainy and snowy day made the day not as expected.. The tour was done in Spanish (I don’t speak it and/or understand) so I felt I missed out on all the learning that would have come along with it, despite signing up for an english speaking guide. I was the only one who did not speak the language so it changed the whole day, which was a bummer. Also, in winter, they should update the ‘things you need to know’ before you book the tour, to make sure people wear proper shoes/boots. I did not and it was not fun! I thought overall it was not a great experience for me. The snow and rain prevented us from seeing the true beauty of the mountains etc. I bet this would be a totally different experience in another season. For the money I paid, I could not, in good faith, recommend it.

Poor value for money and you are better to make your own way to the board and buy a ticket The excursion staff were very nice but we did not see them or even need them on the day other than for a hotel pickup and drop off.....book a taxi and go yourself. The national Park is well worth visiting

A very well organized bus and boat trip on the lakes taking you almost to the border of Chile in the Andes Mountains. Wonderful scenerary

The boat journey was very relaxing. When you arrived at Puerto Blest there were many peaceful walks to enjoy. A thoroughly enjoyable time.

This excursion is actually very good in the final analysis. It is a bit annoying how much they push the photography for sale, but Mother Nature’s beauty trumps the commercialism. Definitely go for the add-on excursion to Lago Frias - it’s breathtaking. If you go in winter - be prepared with proper clothing...hat and gloves - can freeze your hiney off. And here’s another letdown...don’t expect a queue of taxis at the end of the day. That was a 45 minute debacle I had to deal with.

The ride from Puerto Panuelo to Puerto Blest takes about an hour sailing through beautiful scenery. At Hotel Blest food and facilities are available. Multiple hiking opportunities are available. A hike up well built wooden steps and boardwalks takes you to the cascades of the Cantaros River. The boat returns about 5 pm.

This tours is by boat through the National Park. The scenery is certainly amazing and the waterfall is worth seeing. However there is a distinct lack of a decent English speaking guide. Therefore it very confusing as to the details of the tour. For example when you arrive where the boat leaves you are really meant to exchange your viator voucher for a boat ticket at a little ticket office in the car park. Then you go and pay your National Park Fee. So I was told by the ticket office the viator voucher was fine, but when I went to pay the National Park fee they sent be back out to the ticket office. Third time round the national park people shrug there shoulders and let me through. Then when I went to get on the boat they ask for the ticket, which of course I didn't have. Once again they shrug there shoulders and let me on.
The boat and the facilities at Puerto Best and the water fall are excellent. It wouldn't be very hard I would have thought for this company to improve it staff to handle properly English speaking customers.

Beautiful part of the world to visit. However badly communicated that you were sharing the initial boat trip with those who were going on the tour to Chile. Only two of several guides spoke English properly - knowing Spanish would allay your concerns. Do this trip though as the falls are beautiful.

The trip itself was beautiful. And the hike and climb to the waterfalls exceeded my expectations. The logistics around the trip were confusing, however. It also said all guides would be Emglish-speaking and that was not the case.

es una excursion carisima para lo que es, si bien es lindo navegar por el lago 15.000 es una locura la caminata a la cascada de los cantaros es larga y no es para que la haga todo el mundo y no lo aclaran, si bien el camino esta en perfectas condiciones es dificultoso. Habia mucha gente mayor que se quedaba en el mini muelle esperendo una hora y media a que la gente suba y no les aclararon cuando compraron la excursion que la ssubida era asi. Puerto Blest es lindo y la vista de la navegacion del lago frias tambien, pero me parece una excursion sobrevalorada

la excursión incluida la cascada de los cantaros merece la pena, disfrutar la navegación y luego una larga caminata de casi 3 km hasta la casacada.

El barco es muy confortable y la atención es buena. Los 2 lugares que se visitan (Puerto Blest y la Cascada de Los Cantaros) son espectaculares. Si bien no es una excursión económica vale la pena por los paisajes.

La mejor excursion lacustre. No es la mas barata. Excelente trato y atencion de todo el personal. Tomamos tambien la opcional hasta Lago frias. Paisajes de ensueño ! Muy correctos los comentarios de los guías en los catamaranes . Volveriamos !

Peguei um ônibus de linha normal e fui até Porto Panuello. Peguei o barco para Puerto Blest incluindo Lago Frias. Vale muito a pena. Melhor passeio na minha opinião.

Muy buena excursión, desde la salida de puerto pañuelo ya estas disfrutando de los paisajes. El restaurante del hotel en puerto Blest es muy bueno y no es tan caro.
