- Not wheelchair accessible
- Child rate applies only when accompanied by 2 paying adults
- Children between 1-8 years (or heaver than 20 pounds) must be in in the back seat (some exceptions apply) and strapped into either: - A rear-facing car seat until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A front-facing car seat with a 5 point harness until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A booster seat if under 4 feet 9 inches and over the height/weight limit for a car seat - A regular seat belt in the back seat if taller than 4 feet 9 inches

- Glacier Point is usually closed during winter from November to April. Any of the tour highlights may be closed due to weather or construction. We will do our best to show alternative sites.
- Near public transportation
- Infants from 0-1 years must be in the back seat strapped into a rear-facing car seat until they reach 20 pounds
- Parents with small children must provide car seats and/or booster seats if necessary
- Most travelers can participate

We had only one day to visit Yosemite but we had a great time doing it with our guide, James (shown pictured in the red shirt). There were only four of us so James was able to give us a very personalized tour, taking in every location we requested and also several things we never would have know...

Although the scenery was spectacular the real stars of both trips we took with Crossroads were the tour guides. Todd was our guide for Yosemite tour and he did a really outstanding job. He is very personable. He provided the right level of detail and facts interspersed with personal stories. ...
Although the scenery was spectacular the real stars of both trips we took with Crossroads were the tour guides. Todd was our guide for Yosemite tour and he did a really outstanding job. He is very personable. He provided the right level of detail and facts interspersed with personal stories. My husband loved telling jokes and stories with him. He is also a very safe driver and we all felt very comfortable with him on the mountain roads. He also was very considerate and tailored the tour to our requests. Yosemite is gorgeous and he did a great job showing us all the key sights. The van was clean, comfortable and spacious. The one issue we had was related to communication pre-tour. But it did not detract from the 5 stars for the tour itself. Prior to the tour I sent emails confirming date and time of pickup as well as location. Since it was a private tour with hotel pick up as advertised I requested pickup at my Mariposa rental. They confirmed via email that would be fine and I emailed the address. When we arrived at Mariposa I received a call from Crossroads trying to get me to take a group tour with 4 other people . I insisted I booked a private tour. She then told me I had to go to Happy Burger in Mariposa to meet the guide. It was not a problem and we did that, but it was not right that they promised me house pick up and the tour is advertised as such. They house was not far from Happy Burger. In addition It took me many attempts to even get the pick up location and address emailed. But since the tour itself was outstanding I'm still giving it 5 stars. But Crossroads should improve their communication and reservation practices.Q7009MVmaryp

Had a great time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide. The place was awe inspiring. To see El Capitan up close was truly amazing. Half Dome looks like a beautiful large sculpture.

Wanted to see Yosemite and this was the best way ever. A private tour with a truly outstanding guide. Our guide picked us up at the hotel. I offered two challenges: first I’m handicapped and walk with a cane, second I have a terrible fear of heights. Our guide Ira wasn’t phased a bit. He altered the tour to accommodate my issues and provided an amazing day. This man knows nature and the park and he shared his knowledge freely. We saw all the great sites and had lunch by the river.
