We did not even go on the tour. We were to have the tour booked on 10/2/23- I had scheduled way in advance, talked to a agent, and had received several emails to print my tickets. On September 27th I received an email with no explanation that my tour was canceled and my money was being refunded. When I contacted the agent the answer I got is that it was canceled for "unforeseen circumstances" . Very unreliable and unprofessional.

Brian was a great tour guide, he was super knowledgeable and helped us make the most of our day at Yosemite. Rather than worrying about driving and traffic, we were able to sit back and enjoy the scenery and get a lot of knowledge about the park and its history, as well as recent events, like fires.

wow! we were so fortunate to have Daniel as our guide for the day! celebrating a 60th birthday there were 6 of us and from the moment Daniel picked us up to the end of the day we learned so much about california history( all of us native californians) and yosemite. We were blown away with stories and the visions of the beautiful waterfalls and different viewpoints of Half Dome and El Capitan where we were able to see climbers on the rock. it was fantastic and the highlight of our weekend. Daniel is a gem and his life experiences will be unforgettable to us and we are grateful and fortunate to have met him and had him as our guide. he is a historical treasure to the state of california.

Our guide, Julie was lovely. She took us to all the pet friendly spots in Yosemite and treated our dog with such care. She gave us alot of insider tips, and took us to the best locations for photos. Would highly recommend.

We had the most magical day with Daniel. We toured many spots in the park, did a beautiful hike, learned a great deal of history. My son had a severe asthma attack on the hike - Daniel picked bay leaves, crushed them, my son inhaled them and it miraculously stopped his wheezing. What a heroic, knowledgeable guide - we so highly recommend!

Crossroads set up a great tour with Cynthia as our guide. She picked us up from our hotel and hit all the big spots and found some off the beaten path locations as well. Money well spent so we could enjoy the views while driving up the mountain and not have to worry about parking or knowing where to go. She had wonderful historical stories and personal stories of the valley. And the lunch provided was delicious, we had a mix of the Indian vegetarian and vegetarian.

Our guide Sandy was absolutely amazing! She knew the park really well and stopped or pointed out many things I’d not seen or known from other times visiting the park. My expectation was high but Sandy & Crossroads still exceeded them. I am already planning another adventure for another friend thinking about visiting CA in the near future!

Wow! What an amazing day! Our family of 4 (ages 51, 50, 23, and 19) couldn't have asked for a better day or better tour guide! We were staying in Fresno, so we chose the option to meet our guide in Oakhurst to save the extra $175. It made for an early start, but it was totally worth it. Laura A. met us at the Denny's in Oakhurst at 6:30am. We rode in comfort in a spacious mini van. It took us about 30 minutes to reach the South Gate at Yosemite. Thankfully, the line was only about 5 cars deep, so we entered the park quickly. Once inside, it took us another 30 minutes to reach our first stop-Glacier Point! Just wow!!! The rest of the day took us all over Yosemite, and let's just say, it didn't disappoint! Laura made sure to stop at all the highpoints and even went out of her way to go to a couple of extra places we weren't expecting. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with our day and would highly recommend Crossroads Tours and Laura!

We had an amazing tour of Yosemite. We had two kids (12 and 9), two seniors and two adults and this private tour was the perfect way to spend the first day of our Yosemite vacation. Our tour guide, Mike, obviously knows the park well, hit all the highlights and customized the day to our preferences. This is a busy time to visit with packed parking lots that are difficult to find spots in and having this tour relieved us of any stress. Lots of driving and it was so nice for all of us to sit back and enjoy the sights instead of worrying about navigation and driving. Highly recommend this tour company.

We had a fantastic day touring Yosemite. Our guide, Rose, was wonderful. Not only did she make certain we hit all the best spots, she also shared interesting information, facts and stories, as well as her own personal experiences. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Yosemite.

Yosemite is amazing! Having an expert guide to show you the sites and provide history was the perfect way to experience the park. Our guide, Eric, was the best. He took care of every facet of my family’s day’s journey.

Tammie (our tour guide) was awesome! We learned so much about the flora and fauna of Yosemite Park - incredible! She guided us perfectly through the main sights and we know it's only a fraction of the whole park! But as a family with three small children it was really perfect! Crossroads had also prepared a lunch bag for us and we were able to picnic at Halfdome, quai picnic with a view! It was really an indescribably beautiful tour! Even the children were very enthusiastic! Tammie had lots of ideas for fun photo motifs and could thus inspire the kids even after 6h! Great! We come again with pleasure!!

With our excellent driver/guide my husband and I had a memorable tour of the majestic falls, mountains and trees that make Yosemite so special. She dropped us off within easy walking distance or actually at the exact spot to have the perfect view. Thank you Sandy for accommodating our every wish!

Tammy was amazing and so knowledgeable about the Park and the trees, wildlife, terrain making the day even more fabulous. We only had one day to visit Yosemite, having a tour guide and driver that focused on our experience made the day so enjoyable. There is no way we would have seen and experienced everything we did had we had to also tried to navigate the roads and parking and best spots for pictures.

Wonderful and very full day seeing sights, learning about the park, the things growing, the waters, the sounds and what we were seeing. Thank you for a grand tour!

After 2 attempts in trying to secure a day tour at Yosemite,these guys came through.Rob our tour guide and driver was terrific the whole way.He took to every place we can possibly enter.This was the week following that snow storm 12/10 and it was a winter wonderland.See photos.I would definitely come back and use their service again. Daniel took us on an amazing 8-hour trek through park that we will never forget! I am so glad I decided not to try to navigate this journey on my own. Between the winding mountain roads, tourists, hikers and climbers, I never would have had a chance to enjoy the majestic beauty that is Yosemite if I was behind the wheel the entire time. Daniel has extensive knowledge of the park, the people, the best places for pics, the history, the plants, EVERYTHING! He made the journey that much more enjoyable than anything I could have tried to do on my own and taught us more than a few things along the way! We couldn't be more impressed and thankful to him for the experience of a lifetime!

Our guide Cynthia was exceptional!! She took great care of my family and gave us a lot of time and attention! She was very knowledgeable about the park and had good stories to tell about it. Her story is so intertwined with that of the park like so many of the nice people that live and work here. We wouldn’t think twice before touring with her again.
