Carlos and his team are absolutely amazing. I can’t put it any other way. I ended up needing help with booking some tours in the area and Carlos was extremely helpful via WhatsApp and phone to answer any questions I had. He made the trip feel so personal and relaxing! We ended up booking a transfer from San Jose to Arenal with him as well as a transfer from Arenal to Guanacaste. When I asked if we could have pillows provided for the long ride, he actually made it happen. Our driver, Adrian, was very nice and a great driver. If we go back to Costa Rica, I’ll be coordinating everything through this company without hesitation. They are very trustworthy people.We had Adrian as our driver, he was fantastic! Our driver Adrian was absolutely amazing! He was on time, friendly, knowledgable and a safe driver. Our airline lost our luggage and Adrian took us to Walmart to buy the necessities which we were so grateful for. He took us for lunch at an incredible and delicious restaurant. We would 100% use Carlos and Adrian for our transfers when we come back to Costa Rica! Carlos also helped us to book excursions and it was super easy by simply using What’s App and the whole experience far exceeded our expectations. They made our transfers around Costa Rica just as much fun as the excursions!!! Highly recommend.
