We had a late night pick up. Richard was on time and ready to go in a great van! He navigated the crazy roads well and got us to our hotel! Great experience we actually used them again to get to our next hotel!

I cannot recollect our drivers name, but he was so personable and kind on our private transfer! He provided cold waters upon pickup from the airport. He would give us information about the sights and areas we were passing through. We stopped for lunch and a couple of bathroom breaks en route. Thanks so much!

We, the family of four, planned our eight day trip Costa Rica trip with Fortuna Expeditions. Carlos meticulously planned every aspect of the trip - awesome stays at La Fortuna, Monte Verde, and Manuel Antonio; meaningful and well coordinated activities. Poas hike, Cano Negro tour, and Ecotermales Hot Springs were highlights of the trip. Carlos stayed on top with heads-up summary of next days event and readily available for enquirers. We are very happy and satisfied with our first trip to Costa Rica and will not hesitate to plan with La Fortuna (Carlos and team) again in the future.

Very good, friendly transfer. Was a bit hard to find the driver initially but we got it sorted. Arrived safely and on time with a nice stop half way for a restroom etc (and a lovely view!)

It was a smooth transfer. I had no problems. The driver stopped at a restaurant for us to have dinner. I would recommend this company to anyone. Carlos made sure our transfers to and from the airport were great.

Our driver was kind, very professional and shared knowledge about the local community (as well as gave us restaurant recommendations, which didn't disappoint!). Our son joined us late on our Costa Rica trip. We let him be picked up at the airport and he was "delivered" right at our place in La Fortuna. The driver was great fun, lots of informations about Costa Rica, safe driving......

This was super easy! Jordan was there waiting for us and the owner Carlos was always in touch and ready to answer questions. Jordan took us to a wonderful place for lunch on our way to La Fortuna. Carlos was able to help us with transportation to Rio Celeste the next day because we booked a tour but didn’t realize it didn’t include transportation. Adrian picked us up and we spent the whole day together. He convinced us to go to the National Park of Tenorio Volcano since it was nearby. He guided us through the park and we had a wonderful time. We ended by having dinner together! We felt like we made some nice Tico friends through this transaction!!!

Adrien was an excellent tour guide, has excellent communication, is patient, and very helpful. It felt like it was less of a transfer and more of an informational tour. No better way to start the vacation.

Carlos and his team are absolutely amazing. I can’t put it any other way. I ended up needing help with booking some tours in the area and Carlos was extremely helpful via WhatsApp and phone to answer any questions I had. He made the trip feel so personal and relaxing! We ended up booking a transfer from San Jose to Arenal with him as well as a transfer from Arenal to Guanacaste. When I asked if we could have pillows provided for the long ride, he actually made it happen. Our driver, Adrian, was very nice and a great driver. If we go back to Costa Rica, I’ll be coordinating everything through this company without hesitation. They are very trustworthy people.

Our driver Adrian was absolutely amazing! He was on time, friendly, knowledgable and a safe driver. Our airline lost our luggage and Adrian took us to Walmart to buy the necessities which we were so grateful for. He took us for lunch at an incredible and delicious restaurant. We would 100% use Carlos and Adrian for our transfers when we come back to Costa Rica! Carlos also helped us to book excursions and it was super easy by simply using What’s App and the whole experience far exceeded our expectations. They made our transfers around Costa Rica just as much fun as the excursions!!! Highly recommend.
