Shiv Kumar picked us up from Delhi on time and let us stop at a fruit stall and we made a quick stop to get some snacks half way through which was nice. The drive was pretty smooth until we got to Agra where he ran an errand and we were almost not dropped to our hotel. We insisted that we were dropped directly to our hotel as it was still a far way down the road especially with heavy bags and lots of people trying to sell you stuff and entice you into tuk tuks.Laxman at Namaste tours was really brilliant at organising our tour. My wife and I recently traveled to Agra from New Delhi and booked a car through this company. Our driver, Shiv, was professional and communicated with us on where the pick up would be at the airport. The car was clean, he had snacks and bottled water for us, and was a very good driver! Would recommend this company for transfers in the northern India area!
