Shiv Kumar picked us up from Delhi on time and let us stop at a fruit stall and we made a quick stop to get some snacks half way through which was nice. The drive was pretty smooth until we got to Agra where he ran an errand and we were almost not dropped to our hotel. We insisted that we were dropped directly to our hotel as it was still a far way down the road especially with heavy bags and lots of people trying to sell you stuff and entice you into tuk tuks.

Laxman at Namaste tours was really brilliant at organising our tour. His communication and explanation of our tour gave us great confidence in the company and value. Travelling with young children we needed a bit of reassurance and Laxman gave us plenty of this and made our trip effortless. The driver was really nice he stopped when we asked him to and went out of his way to help us. I couldn’t recommend these guys any more.

My wife and I recently traveled to Agra from New Delhi and booked a car through this company. Our driver, Shiv, was professional and communicated with us on where the pick up would be at the airport. The car was clean, he had snacks and bottled water for us, and was a very good driver! Would recommend this company for transfers in the northern India area!

We booked this trip from the UK so return trips to Delhi airport plus personal guide for Taj and Agra Fort --great communications at all times and everything very smooth. Friendly driver Pappu was on time for our pick up and very skill-full thro the Delhi traffic and we stayed over night at the Radisson and Pappu and guide Ali were ready for us at 5.30am the following day for sunrise at Taj -- Ali was great knew great photo spots and was a good photographer too!!. The taxi was very dirty and had a very bad smell. On the way the driver fell asleep whilst driving on the main road. I had to wake him up and keep an eye on him all the time. This meant that I could not relax and enjoy the trip. It fell far short of an acceptable standard for Viator.

Our driver was friendly and helpful. However, the vehicle was not what we expected. Our bags had to be crammed in and the seats were uncomfortable. I would have expected a more suitable car considering I had informed Viator that we would require plenty of space for 4 of us with luggage.

This agent is great, after we had no transportation from Sariska, I was able to get a ride with one of their drivers. Shiva was our driver and came promtly at organised time. His car was very clean and a newer model with great air conditioning. He has very tasty snacks and stopped for and washroom break we needed. Very gentle, and great driver. I recommend traveling with this company,they are very thorough. The set price was very affordable and the Shiva was very great guy.

I highly recommend taking a private car from Delhi to Agra if it is your first time in India. My ride took about four hours total from when we met the driver until he dropped us at the hotel. That may sound like a lot compared to the train (1.5 to 2 hours of on an express train) BUT, navigating Delhi’s train stations can be daunting. They are very crowded and locating your platform and coach can be time consuming and confusing. That being said, Sandeep the driver met us at the airport and took us to Delhi in a nice, clean vehicle. Sandeep provides waters as well as snacks. He played some Western style music as well which was a nice break to the Uttar Pradesh countryside. He also made a pit stop at a place with some of the best chai I have had in India. Here is the kicker - after dropping us off at the hotel, Sandeep came back not once but TWICE to ensure we received all of our belongings. This is a great company to drive to Agra. Again, adding in the time of getting to the train station plus finding your way plus the train itself and then getting to your hotel - it makes more sense for an India novice to take the car.

The trip was amazing and I was so pleased with the service I recieved! The driver was on time and knew exactly where he was going which was amazing! I felt very safe as I travelled solo. I definitely recommend anyone to use their services as I would again!

El viaje de ida de deli a agra, fue excelente y el chofer muy puntual. El viaje de agra al aeropuerto de deli estuvo malisimo, el chofer llegó 20 minutos tarde, el cinturón de seguridad no funcionó, ademas nos llevó a su casa porque se tenia que cambiar de ropa y nos reclamó por la propina que le dimos. Por suerte no llegamos atrasadas a nuestro vuelo.
