Ordered bottle of champagne, they forgot it. Spent an extra $83.00 Didn’t pick us up, got out flight information wrong. Called and emailed them about it day before flight no response no pick up and no refund? HORRIBLE

Even a flight time change was no problem. I emailed them and within 5 minutes I had a revised pick up time.

During COVID, I've used this company twice now for roundtrip airport travel. Superb. They give your your confirmation email, they tell you how to find them outside the airport and how to avoid the timeshare junk inside the airport, the bring water and beer in a little cooler, they are masked the entire time. They chat if you want to chat. Super professional, clean, luxury cars. I've ridden with Robert twice and Luis the last time back to the airport. Both are lovely. Luis in particular was funny and great to talk with. I will ask for him in the future. A private shuttle is not cheap, but it's worth it for the total experience of not having to worry and feeling safe and secure and taken care of both ways.Absolutely excellent. I was very pleased and will 100% book the same service again. The driver was call and fun and did not bad and I when I needed to pay by credit card.
