Great transportation for our party of 10. They were waiting for us when we arrived, we had to wait a little for the van to show up- enough time to grab a drink from the outside bar. Driver arrived a few minutes early to our resort for our return trip and got us to the airport in plenty of time to check in and get through security. Rate was round trip which we thought was VERY affordable.

I would recommend this company to anyone. It was easy finding the driver. The vehicle was exactly as described. The driver was on time and very friendly. I would definitely use this company again.

Louis was our driver from the hotel to the airport and was beyond professional. We had great conversation and the ride was smooth. I would definitely book another ride with him and highly recommend him!

Did round trip transfer and it was ok. They were on time both pickups. The driver from airport to resort was driving very reckless!! Many close calls with oncoming traffic. Return trip was much better with different driver Irving. Probably would not use this company when we go to Cabo again!!! Uber is the way to go and cheaper!!

Upon arrival in Los Cabo Mexico it was late and dark, my family couldn’t find our driver who was supposed to be standing by the #10 sign. We had to ask other companies for help and eventually found him standing off to the side talking to someone. After arrival at the resort the driver never provided me with any departure information. He just dropped us off and left. A few days prior to our departure I contact Viator on a number of occasions as well as my travel agent contacted them as well to get confirmation of our departure time. Each time, the response received was that they were trying to get hold of the local agent. On my departure day, I received no confirmation of my pick-up, my driver never showed and my family needed up having the resort call us a cab which we had to pay for. What was the point of prepaying for a a private car service when they don’t even show up. This was the worst travel transportation experience.

Henry was great. Very prompt and gave us good recommendations on where we should go and eat . We felt safe and comfortable. We will book again when we come back.

That they were not at the airport when we got there , we waited in the hot sun looking for someone holding a sign up with our name on it for over 45 minutes. They told us not to give anyone our information. That they would be at a certain umbrella and someone would be holding a sign with our name on it. No one was there to take us we had to find other transportation. P.s it was already pre paid. And then had to pay someone else to take us to the resort.

I booked through Viator for a private SUV transfer in Cabo for my pregnant wife and I. When I arrived in Cabo, the shuttle service didn’t have my reservation. When I called Viator, they were extremely rude and made it as if it was a mistake. I booked 48hrs in advance and paid $180 up front. They refused to rectify the situation by providing another vehicle. Instead my wife was out in the heat and I had to pay $70 for a packed taxi. NEVER AGAIN!

Jorge our driver was incredibly kind, courteous and professional. He gave us suggestions and tips for our next visit to Cabo and he gave us a brief history of the surrounding areas.

Both drivers for our transfers to and from the airport were helpful and nice. I don't remember the first guy's name but Marco was our second driver. The luxury cars were clean and air conditioned, and we received water and beer on the trips.

Easy transfer and Luis was very friendly and helpful. They were a few minutes early at the hotel and the suburban was clean. No complaints!

Stress free punctual pickup in a very clean SUV. A couple of cold beers and some good tunes too kickstart our vacation. Driver was very friendly and picked us up for the return also. 7.30 am in MX normally means sometime that day but with this service they were there at 7.29 lam and ready to go

Roberto Barba was our driver to San Jose Airport. He is very good, very friendly and professional. We highly recommend him for the services. We had several several services before, but Robero is the BEST !!!

Very professional and timely. Ordered a sprinter van for 8 of us and a lot of luggage RT from Cabo airport to Secrets resort. Nice Sprinter Van too Also, had them pick 16 of us up at the resort a few days later and drop us at Flora Farms for a birthday celebration. Picked us up 3 hours later for the return. I was browsing online and came across Cabo Shuttle Services. I opened the customer service chat pretty late at night and Martin was able to help me with a special reservation request (different arrival and departure, but still want to book round trip). The service was prompt, cordial, and I would use the customer service again!

This is a great service for those traveling to Cabo. On arrival, the service was easy to find outside Cabo airport and we quickly made it to our resort with zero problems. Driver was knowledgeable and courteous for the 40 minute drive. Highly recommend and we will use them again.
