What to expect
When booking, please provide the following:
1, For pick-up:
• Airline name, flight number, arrival time.
• Hotel name and hotel address
2, For drop-off:
• Departure time from hotel ?
• What is departure terminal ? T1 for domestic and T2 for international flight.
Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. One to two days before your transfer, you will need to reconfirm exact pick-up times and location (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

I asked the service for a refund but they didn't respond.

Then when we were already on the ground in Vietnam and making changes 'on the run', she was very quick to respond and accommodate our additional requests.
