Itinerary :
01.30 – 03.00. Pick up at your Hotel.
04.00. Arrive at mount Batur Trekking start point (Toya Bungkah start point). Meet with your Mount Batur Trekking guide and starting the hike.
05.30 – 06.00. Arrived at Mount Batur Sunrise view point or continue to the main peak (1.717 meter above sea level).
06.15. Breakfast service (banana sandwich, boiled egg, fruits and hot drinks).
07.00. Trip down and back to car park (if you fit enough walking the entire crater is recommended).
08.30 – 09.00. Arrived at finish point / car park.
09.15. Visit to Batur Natural Hot Spring.
11.00. Drop you back to your hotel.

What to expect
Itinerary
Mount Batur trekking has long about 9 km up and down. Once you are a little tired after hike up, we will bring you to relaxing at the Batur natural hot spring. This natural hot water is also evidence if Mt Batur is still active till today. On the way back to hotel driver will driving you back to hotel.

07:00 am: Walk down with the sort route or long route to around the crater of mount Batur (depend by your request / depend by your conditions)
08:30 am: arrive at the finish point or car park
8:45 am – 11:00 am: relax and refresh in Batur Natural Hot Spring
11:00 am: drive back to your hotel
Please Bring: Jacket, swimming suit or changes clothes for hot spring visit. Towel, soap and shampoo will provide.

Took a hike with my mum and Wayan was our guide. He was extremely helpful and patient, making sure my mum took regular brakes and made it to the top safe and sound. Amazing sunrise and overall experience. Totally recommend it.

Beautiful, organized tour! Our experience with Bagus Bali Sunrise Trekking was amazing. We were scheduled for pick up at 2 am, but our amazing driver, Putu, came earlier, and waited patiently for us. We had Kliwan as our hiking guide and it was great because we went as a group of 3 people, and he really took his time to guide us and was patient because we were slower than the other groups that were climbing the mountain. He also had excellent English, so communication was easy. We went on a good day so the view of the sun rise was beautiful! We were also given walking sticks and headlights so that made the journey much easier. Be warned, as at the peak of the mountain was very chilly and windy. Breakfast and hot beverage was also provided, so that made the chill more bearable! Overall amazing trip! Would definitely repeat this experience!O91ODmichaelo

My wife and I booked the tour for a private guided tour up the mountain. Our private guided WAYAN could not have been better. From the moment we started he was offering help with our things and was incredibly patient, as we are not really hikers. Once we summited, he made us breakfast and took us on a walk around the entire crater. He knew secret spots that literally no one else got to see and we were the only people on the mountain who got a clear view that day since it was very foggy at the top. I would highly recommend the hike but if you go please ask for WAYAN, he was spectacular. Ton of laughs and he is even an excellent photographer. Great experience ! We booked this private (i.e. we were 4 people on the tour) experience to beat the crowd and avoid being with a group of 15-20, that was a great idea. We got picked up at 2.30am from Ubud and started hiking at 3.50am with our tour guide Carik who did an amazing job. Carik made our experience very enjoyable by providing insightful comments on the island, country, culture and the hike itself. His english was really good which made the conversation even more interesting. He made sure we had enough breaks on the way up and found the best spot at the top so we could watch the sunrise without anyone in front of us. This was magical. Carik then also took us along the crater rim to have a 360 view. He volunteered so many times also to take some pictures of us. Thank you Carik and we wish you and your family all the best. Once the hike over, we got dropped off at the hot springs for 1hr which was enough to relax after the hike and enjoy the beauty of the venue. Definitely something we recommend to add to the package after the hike.
