We had an amazing experience doing the sunrise hike with our guide Yon. Yon was extremely friendly, spoke great English and was informative with the history of the volcano and surrounding areas. The views were amazing and we got some amazing pictures - for which Yon knew the best spots! Highly recommend!

Our private tour guide, Yon, gave us the best experience! Me and my friend thoroughly enjoyed hiking with Yon, who spoke amazing English and was super helpful when navigating through some of the more difficult spots of the hike. Yon also spent time to take pictures of us and ensured we found all the best spots at the top of the mountain to avoid crowds. Thanks a lot Yon for being so friendly, warm and giving us the best experience of the sunrise hike! :)

Easy pick up on time from our hotel in Nusa Dua. Met Kliwan at base and he took us up. Great guide, safely and efficiently got us up there, great photos and then safely back down. Ask for Kliwan!!!

We had the most amazing experience going on the sunrise hike, highly recommend. The views were out of this world. We had an absolutely brilliant guide called Oman. He was knowledgable, friendly and attentive. He really looked after us and made sure we had the best experience.

Amazing hike with great views both along the route and at the top. Kliwan was a very attentive, lovely, guide who went at the pace we needed and was very knowledgeable / experienced. He gave us a lot of good insights about the area and always made sure we were comfortable (especially where the hike got a bit trickier). I cannot thank him enough for making this such an enjoyable experience!

Great tour! The driver, guide and experience were spot on. Gede, our guide, took us on quiet paths up the volcano so we could experience the hike without the crowds. Monkeys at the top were a lovely bonus! Thank you!

This was one of our favourite things we did from Ubud. Just absolutely magical. Communication during the booking and confirming the day before was super easy. We were picked up on time as well. Our guide for the tour was fantastic and took care of us every step of the way. The hike is challenging you are climbing up a mountain after all so be prepared for this. You will sweat and you will also get cold at the top once you stop so pack a jacket. This trip is absolutely worth it and going private was worth it too as you are going at your pace.

What an amazing experience! A great workout and beautiful views. Our guide, Gede, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and took the experience above and beyond. Between hiking through the forest in the dark, to watching the sun come up above the clouds this trip created lifelong memories for my wife and I. A must-see while in Bali!

The sunset trekking was amazing. I really loved the hike, the nature and the view. We started at 4pm. And Carik, the guide, was very friendly, and he told a lot about the area and the volcano. And we were the only ones hiking. Carik told me that the sunrise trekking is more crowded. So I would recommend the sunset trekking and Carik as guide. Really enjoyed the hike.

I had an amazing experience with Bagus Bali Sunrise Trekking's full package, which included sunrise trekking, hot springwater pool, and buffet lunch. Despite our driver, Dewa Raka, being slightly late, the overall experience was A-okay. Our guide, Jatayu, exceeded expectations, helping carry my 12kg toddler 3/4 of the way up and down the mountain. He was friendly, helpful, and captured amazing photos and videos. Considering the private tour is only slightly more than a group tour, the price is definitely worth it. The lunch buffet was the only aspect that fell short, but the overall experience was highly recommended!

We had a great trip up the mountain with good encouragement from our guide Jata. Gorgeous view and a monkey stole my water, but gave it back. Went for the first time to a hot spring, it was really nice and everyone was friendly. Thank you for a great trip!

Guide and Driver Adi were incredible and helpful! He guided us to the summit with much help and guidance, and prepared trekking poles, headlight, water and breakfast for us , couldn’t recommend more :D And the sea of cloud is amazing!

Hotel pick up on time. Drive to Mt Batur. Greeted by our wonderful tour guide Yon. Provided with head torch and pole for trekking. Great hike. Intermediate level at least. Steep inclines and at times loose gravel. Once on the summit breakfast was supplied by Yon consisting of warm banana sandwich, hard boiled egg, chocolate and fresh banana. Beautiful sunrise was captured with some beautiful pictures taken for me by yon the tour guide. Beautiful views and scenery. Transporter to natural hot springs immediately after the trek. Amazing way to relax after a decent climb. Numerous pools to choose from. Slight variation in water temperature. Loved every bit of this trip. Highly recommend if you like trekking.
