The drivers were pleasant, on time, but they didn't want to keep both vehicles
together. When we arrived at the ship our party was separated and we
checked in at different times.

I had booked a sedan to pick us up at the airport. When I called although I had the paid confirmation they said they could not find it and wanted me to pay again then try to get a refund. A gentleman that drives one of your vans came over to us and drove us in the van. He was very nice but f...
I had booked a sedan to pick us up at the airport. When I called although I had the paid confirmation they said they could not find it and wanted me to pay again then try to get a refund. A gentleman that drives one of your vans came over to us and drove us in the van. He was very nice but first we had to drop someone off at a hotel. When we got to the cruise terminal he drop us off about a half block from where I luggage needed to be so we had to drag it to the drop off. I had paid for the sedan not a over crowed van that took us on an stop we didn't plan on.

Let us out across the street from the cruise terminal (there were 3 ships in port that day so that was probably a good thing - but pulling luggage across the street was somewhat of a problem
