- Strappy tops, flip-flops and mini-shorts not allowed by the Cathedral of Seville.

- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Closed on 1st and 6th of January, Good Friday and December the 25th.
- Please, remind that tickets are not included in the price. You pay the ticket to our guide and enjoy the skip the line entrance.
- Please provide to the company complete names and Passport or ID card details of all passengers - This is a mandatory prerequisite in order to buy Alcazar tickets. According to internal regulations of the Reales Alcázares and from October 2022, each traveler must carry their official documentation physically and in hand to access the Palace in order to prove their identity. Only original documents are accepted, no photocopies or pictures If you are not in possession of your ID, you will be denied access to the monument and will not be able to enjoy your activity.

La guía, Cristina, es genial, una profesional. Pero la organización de Naturanda, un desastre. La visita de 3 horas y pico, y en pleno puente de Diciembre, estaba prevista para las 11 de la mañana, por lo que habíamos reservado para comer a las 2:30. Unos días antes nos llaman para retrasarla a l...
La guía, Cristina, es genial, una profesional. Pero la organización de Naturanda, un desastre. La visita de 3 horas y pico, y en pleno puente de Diciembre, estaba prevista para las 11 de la mañana, por lo que habíamos reservado para comer a las 2:30. Unos días antes nos llaman para retrasarla a las 11:30, con lo que ya podíamos ir pillados a la comida. Pero una vez en el punto de encuentro, no arrancamos hasta las 12 menos cuarto. Primero, la Giralda; luego, la Catedral; y por último nos dice la guía que la entrada en el Alcázar está reservada para las 2 de la tarde y que dura 1 hora y media, lo que supone terminar hacia las 3:30 con lo que sería imposible llegar a comer en hora. Puestos al habla con el restaurante, nos dicen que como mucho nos guardan la mesa hasta las 3, por lo que llamamos a Naturanda para proponerles que nos cambien la visita a la tarde y nos dicen que es imposible; intentamos hacerles entender que nuestro problema eran sus retrasos y no quisieron saber nada del tema: ni cambios, ni reembolsos ni nada. Les importó una m... que nos pudiéramos quedar sin comer en una fecha como esta en la que ya era imposible buscar otro lugar para un grupo de 13 personas como el nuestro. Por último, tuvimos que dejar la visita al Alcázar a la mitad y marcharnos.Y9826WXreginag
