Our guide was very enthusiastic and spoke good English. However, she provided too many historical details and repeated every detail shared at least 3-4 times. This resulted in us being delayed and prevented us from seeing everything in the Cathedral. When we finally took a bathroom break between the Alcácer and the Cathedral, she went off and got herself a coke but gave us no opportunity for food and drink. She had brought along a sleeve of biscuits and nuts and shared a few with us. Otherwise, we had no food or drink for 5 hours. Perhaps, in the future, she should ask her guests, “Do you want a lot of detailed historical facts or more of an overview?” I would say she is not attuned to the needs of her guests.

Christina was a fantastic guide. She was very knowledgeable and very patient. We were traveling with three small kids and she was the perfect guide for us. Thank you Christina!

Years ago I lived in Madrid and toured Seville - so I was familiar with the Cathedral and the Alcázar. However it was almost a completely new, fantastic experience with our guide Cristina! My wife, 14 year old daughter & I learned so much about the colorful 1000 year history. Wonderfully interesting anecdotes and facts that brought to life the Moorish, Catholic leaders, artists & peoples. Cristina is warm & energetic and made our day special and memorable. And also gave us tips to plan the rest of our visit!

We had an exemplary tour with Cristina of the Cathedral of Seville and real Alcázar. Cristina is well versed on the history and culture of both sites and imparted important facts while keeping our 14 year old engaged with interesting stories !

Estrela (out tour guide) was no interested in her job and did not share adequate information about the places visited. Most of the time she was quiet and on her phone. There was a mishap with our tickets and she was not able to connect with her point of time at the agency. We ended up having to run around with her to get our tickets. She was also a little bit late which was okay but when we tried calling the point of contact there was no answer. One of the worst experiences overall.

Joanna was amazing!! She went above and beyond! She made Seville come alive for us! She helped us find the most yummy food to eat and made us smile all day long!!

Our guide for the trip was lovely Cristina. She was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and made the tour interesting and fun. The Alcazar was amazing with so much history and the cathedral was very beautiful. The climb up the Giralda was a workout but worth it as the views from the top are spectacular. All in all a really worthwhile trip.

I did a 4 hour private tour in Sevilla and Christina was a great guide. She picked me up promptly from the hotel and we went on a walking tour of the city and stopped by Alcazar, the Cathedral and plazas and the Jewish quarter. Christina was very knowledgeable and explained Spanish history and pointed out things to note about the architecture very well. I would highly recommend this tour company to anyone that wants to go beyond generic tours and actually learn about Spain and its history. Well worth the expense.

First she was very thorough and precise in providing important historical data about the sites we visted and she kept the entire group focused and interested in tour by making it interactive, funny and competitive in terms of general knowledge and knowledge gained through the tour. We had a wonderful time on this tour. We were very lucky to have Christina as our guide. The amount of knowledge and fantastic delivery style made this a most memorable experience. She answered questions, pointed out details and engaged our kids, making sure they never got bored. We even had few people come up to us asking to join our tour after hearing Christina describe details and the stories behind the Alcazar to us.
