This tour was delicious! Our guide Herb was very entertaining, super knowledgeable about the Portland food cart scene and history. He should write a book! We were so full afterwards!!

Herb was an amazing tour guide and an ok waiter, LOL. The variety of food carts we visited was amazing with really good portions from around the globe. Highly recommend.
