Paranormal Investigation: YOU are the Ghost Hunter
Overview
Collect paranormal evidence using our tools in a small group setting of up to twelve ghost hunters total.
This is not your average ghost storytelling tour, this is an interactive experience to learn the history of Charleston by being part of the story.
You'll collect paranormal evidence, hear histories of Charleston and then receive all recorded data from all ghost hunters in your investigation. This includes videos, audio, along with any visuals and screenshots used to verify paranormal captures.
An Estes Method will also be performed during your investigation, a very interesting and new method of ghost hunting.
When booking, please provide a texting phone number.
All guests receive a text with meeting point and parking instructions on the morning of their investigation.
This also allows guests to receive all the recorded data/evidence from their investigation (provided the following day).

Stop At: St. Philip's Church, 142 Church St, Charleston, SC 29401-2898
Plenty of spirits are roaming the area of St. Philip's Church and Cemetery.
All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.
Duration: 10 minutes
Stop At: The Powder Magazine, 79 Cumberland St, Charleston, SC 29401-3112
We dive into the ghost of the famous female pirate, Anne Bonny at the Powder Magazine.
All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.

Seeking the ghost of poet, Henry Timrod, with tales of the infamous "Blood Book".

Investigation of a Quaker graveyard interred into this small corner of Charleston.

The original home site for indigo plantation owner, Eliza Lucas Pinckney.

I booked this ghost hunt for a mother/daughter weekend! My daughter LOVES ghosts shows and stories. I was looking for something different from the common walking ghost tours. After reading through the reviews and the fact that you get to use actual equipment, Stories In The Cemetery was the one to go with. Nick is very well versed in historical information! One person in our group actually brought her own equipment and Nick was excited with sharing quick suggestions and differences compared to his equipment. He is also up front with what to expect. Some nights are more active than others! Our tour was not a very active night but we did catch a couple orbs and many terms/phrases were caught on the spirit box corresponding to locations that we were exploring. I would definitely suggest booking a ghost hunt with Nick and plan on booking with him again the next time we are in town!Elaine_M

Very fun way to spend a night in Charleston! Hands on with real ghost-hunting equipment, and historical facts that enhance the hunt. Nick is very informative and looks out to make sure all the guests have a great time. Highly recommended!

Such a fun way to learn more about the city! Even my two grumpy teens were engaged and enjoyed themselves. We were still talking about it the next morning.
