We had a great time and Nick made sure of it! He wasn’t corny or standoffish, he was knowledgeable and friendly and kept us engaged. The equipment was so cool to use and our favorite part was the last site but I won’t spoil it for anyone! Highly, highly recommend his tour for anyone who loves the paranormal.

My husband and i were so looking forward to this and it didnt disappoint! Nick was an amazing lead investigator who is very knowledgeable about the haunted history of Charleston. He communicated with us throughout the day before we arrived and we could message him as well with any questions/concerns. Our favorite was using the paranormal devices! Thats been something we have wanted to do for a while! This tour needs to be on your ‘to do’ list when coming to Charleston!

Nick is so great and so knowledgeable and we felt so comfortable asking questions. He is extremely skilled and knows what he’s talking about. Will be booking again with him.

Nick was a fantastic guide. We didn’t get a great amount of data but it was a fun experience! I loved being able to use the equipment. This is definitely not your ordinary ghost tour.

Nick was a great guide and host! He taught us about the equipment he uses and shared some great history and stories of the area. We had a group of 10 (8 of us were friends), and we were all assigned jobs (equipment) to help hunt ghosts and spirits. Some nights tours may be more active than others and Nick is very transparent with that. It was very cool and interesting to see and experience his interactions as well as ours in the group and how those interactions with his devices pertain to the stories and history. The tour is family friendly. We had 4 young teenagers in the group, and we had a great time. Thank you Nick!

We enjoyed Nick’s enthusiasm and expertise. Each of us got to try out a different piece of equipment and that was engaging and interactive. We explored multiple outdoor locations and felt much more educated about spirits and the art of “ghost hunting”. A unique experience to be sure, and well worth the extra money to be in a small group and for the more personal attention. So cool!

Nick was awesome and full of good information. He had a lot of equipment that was fun to use and made us feel like we were doing our very own paranormal investigation. I will book with him again my next visit to Charleston.

The beginning was great. We were all into it and excited to get started. Nick explained all of the equipment and was very knowledgeable. Basically, I would have given this tour 5 stars if it had been 90 min long instead of 3+ hours. It was just too long. And we had 4 teenagers with us that lost their attention spans and I felt like Nick got frustrated with their giggling. There was also no sitting so be prepared to be on your feet the whole time (and go light on fluids… no bathroom breaks). Having said that, I am glad we did it. It’s a very unique tour and Nick’s recitation of the history of Charleston was engaging and spot on.

Nick was very entertaining as well as knowledgeable about the ghost we were talking to. Our group had a few children and he kept them in mind when telling stories, so they wouldn’t be bored. The kids and I had a great time and look forward to doing this again. Next time we are back in town.

Great time, not your basic tour, much better. Nick was awsome, knows his stuff and made the event. We had done tours and ghost type walks in the past. We were looking for the next level. This was it.

Nick was very entertaining and the history was interesting. Felt like the equipment should have been alternated between all so each could have shared the experience in investigation. Was under the impression that we would tour a cemetery due to name of Stories from Cemeteries.

My family booked this experience and we loved it! Nick was amazing. We learned how to use the equipment and how to debunk. He gave us just enough back story at each location we stopped at to help us investigate. He was very knowledgeable on the history. Aside from the great history lessons, we also had fun! I would recommend this tour for both believers and skeptics alike. You will enjoy it. Although we did not find any evidence, all five of us agreed we would do this again the next time we visit Charleston. Thank you Nick!

We really enjoyed our tour with Nick. He was very knowledgeable about explaining things we were hearing and the images we picked up on the devices. Best part was being able to reference our experience post tour through his documentation.

Nick did such a great job with this one of a kind experience. It is not the typical ghost tour with the hyped up stories and just a bunch of walking. Nick has done HOURS of research so you learn the facts (as much as we know and continue to learn) about things that happened…or didn’t happen. These details make the experience so much better. And as you use the top notch equipment Nick provides, you can get some interesting things that come up. Nick also makes this investigation fun. He is a good guy with a passion for the truth and the paranormal. Definitely don’t do the basic walking tours. If you want a true, fun, interactive experience that gives you the opportunity to hear or see spirits, this is the tour for you. I would definitely do this again. 10/10 recommend!

Even tho we didn’t see any ghosts we had a good time. Nick is an awesome guide who is very knowledgeable about the places we visited. It’s not the usual ghost tour which makes it more fun to be a participant. Well worth the price, and especially if you prefer smaller groups.

Nick is phenomenal! Actually being able to use paranormal detection equipment truly makes this experience noteworthy. My husband and I will definitely be back.

This is not your typical ghost tour, in fact it is not a ghost tour at all. Your guide does not dress in period clothes, in fact its an insult to refer to him as a guide, a lead investigator is a better term. This is a paranormal investigation and is one of the coolest things we have done. We are veterans of a number of ghost tours throughout the country, its something we like to do on a vacation. Some are horrible. Some are interesting. In some we did manage to capture some energy on our camera. This was far beyond anything we experienced before and unfortunately will spoil any future tours we go on because nothing has compared to what we experienced. The lead investigator is Nick, who owns the company. He will lead you on to several locations, each of the participants carrying an instrument to help in the investigation. I had a thermal camera, others had EMF detector (not the cheap ones you see on TV) and other devises that I don’t know the name of but recorded words and phrases. We were given a brief explanation on each site but not details. We walked around individually then Nick did a quick analysis of the data, matching some of the data with the details we did not know. You get all of the data later that evening with a link to his website. Whether you believe in the spirits or not, this is by far the most interesting 2 hours we have spent on a “tour” and would go again in a heartbeat.

Great history of the area, Nick clearly knows the area and the spirits very well. Our group was only 7 people plus Nick, and it made for a very quiet, intimate experience. Sharing the evidence that we were catching real time was amazing, and hearing the full stories after we discussed what we found was really cool. Nick’s equipment is state of the art. Using the FLIR thermal imager was awesome and seeing the results from the other audio and video sensors and EMF meter was very cool. Over ten hours of raw foootage from our hunt was posted within hours of the trip finishing, and we all get to go through it to assess it for any anomalies or evidence. Next time we are in town we are absolutely going hunting with Nick again! This is not a ghost tour. This is a legitimate ghost hunt.

The whole experience was great! It's a unique experience where you get to walk around some of the older parts of the city but have fun with it. Nick (tour guide) personalized the ghost hunting for us, had a lot of information about the history and potential ghosts, and was very fun. You don't have to believe in ghosts for this but come with an open mind. If you buy into the experience it will be an amazing time!
