Fernando is a charismatic chef that holds his cooking class on a large 8th floor patio overlooking the cathedral in Seville. The paella class shared his tips for preparing the perfect dish which we enjoyed when it finished cooking. We thought it was the perfect way to memorialize our trip.

The rooftop venue was delightful and we snapped great pics after an outdoor dinner. There were many interesting people in attendance and we made new friends from around the world. We generally gong that the food is the best way to learn about a city and this was no exception.Fernando was a great host, the class was perfectly paced and we even made friends with a couple that attended the class. But you'll definitely learn how to make traditional chicken paella and have a great view while cooking it.
