What to expect
First, find our local hidden spot. There is the nice sitting bar counter inside.
Begin by picking prepared ingredients. There is a special frying pan for Takoyaki. Your guide will explain clearly how to grill Takoyaki. It’s very easy and fun!
After your Takoyaki is grilled, pick your favorite toppings and sauces.
For a toast, enjoy a glass of sparkling Sake and get several sake with Takoyaki, it's all included.
Sake sommelier explains different characters of each Sake on a menu and picks best ones for you. If you don't drink Alcohol, there are soft drinks are available.
Lastly taste special Sake dessert.

Amazing experience! Momoko is a very nice and well informed hostess, with a very good english. She starts by explaining sake in general (process, types, etc.), and offers multiple great sakes you can try. You can sample them either while you make the takoyaki, or later while you’re eating it. For the takoyaki making part, she has all the ingredients and instructions ready. Besides providing the typical ingredients, she adds wagyu beef and cheese so you can give your takoyaki a nice twist. I’m very happy we went on this activity, highly recommended!It was an excellent experience that I would heartily recommend. The experience of making Takoyaki with a local guide and tasting several types of sake was fun and interesting. Wagyu and cheese takoyaki was so good. If I have a special frying pan back in US, I would make takoyaki everyday.
