Harriet and her gumbo and bread pudding! So yummy!! Would certainly recommend! She also took our questions and turned them in to a New Orleans history lesson. Had a wonderful time.

This was a great experience! Excellent chef who clearly knew all about cooking, but also the history of the area and culinary influences. Chef gave us options on how to make variations on the recipes and answered all questions easily. Delicious meal as well!

I was looking for something fun to do with my 16-year-old and I found it. The food was delicious. The chef was entertaining. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and she is a picky eater. It was fun watching her enjoy crawfish etouffee and artichoke soup.
