I would not recommend this tour. It was poorly organized, went over time by more than an hour and was the worst Viatour I have ever taken. The only highlight of the tour was our super sweet tour guide, who was excellent, but the tour schedule and transportation was completely out of her control. Transportation was on the hop on hop off bus(not clearly stated in the description). The tour was behind schedule the whole time and it wasn’t clearly indicated that you would be left off miles from where you started the tour in an area where it was very difficult to find a taxi. The sweet tour guide was left to call a taxi service for most of the people on the tour because no one realized transportation back to the starting point was not included. In all my years of traveling I have never seen such a disorganized mess.An informative and interesting tour. I highly recommend and our guide Massimo was very knowledgeable on the history of Milan. Fantastic 4 hours

Had a great tour of Duomo, Galleria, La Scala and the Last Supper. Our guide, whose name I do not know, was super knowledgable and spoke excellent English. The one downside was that I thought the group was a little too large r (> 30 people I believe?), which made things difficult when having to stop for long periods and wait for bathroom breaks. We were able to make it on time for our timed tickets to the Last Supper. While the rainy weather added to the challenges, the tour company should be better prepared to manage tours. While the rainy weather added to the challenges, the tour company should be better prepared to manage tours. Our poor guide had wrangled 25+ people in the rain while sharing insights, Regretably, we spent more time waiting for her to run to different ticket windows to get entry tickets to attractions than on the tour. A second or advance guide to get the tickets would make it much smoother. Also, please note while the tour description says it's a bus & walking tour it is not, There was no bus.
