This was an excellent tour. Our tour guide was extremely informative and passionate about Milan and its wonderful art and history. I would highly recommend this tour.

On our last day in Milan, as a highlight of our travel we signed up for Half-day Tour. We were really looking forward to the 3 major attractions; Duomo, Opera house and Last Supper. Our guide although knowledgeable, was not a very good guide. She had a very soft voice, didn't pick good points to stop, picked a very loud areas to communicate, we missed about 70% of what she was mumbling. As the tour started, she shared that we will NOT be able to see the theatre, only the museum(which we didn't care to see), and that Duomo was closed for the public. She gave us a raincheck for the next day, which we couldn't use. We paid around $200 for the tour and were given $20 back for the inconvenience. Not even an apology. Total disappointment and waist of our time. Another inconvenience is that they pick you up at the Duomo, and drop you off that the Last Supper, telling you to get back anyway you want. It is a 25 minute walk back.

We had a wonderful tour guide (Maximo)! He was very knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of great facts and history. Obviously seeing the Last Supper was the highlight! No long lines. Very brief highlights of Milan tour. Still a fantastic way to start our vacation.

Our guide was wonderful with a broad depth of knowledge well presented. Unfortunately the large size of the group added to by other crowds made it difficult to observe many of the things pointed out by the gu I’m de in the small rooms in La Scala and although the audio worked much was missed when the size of the room was insufficient for the crowd.

This was a great tour and the guide was very knowledgeable; she took the time to explain in detail every site we visited.

The Last Supper was amazing. We were unable to see the inside of the Duomo due to some new priests being ordained, thereby closed to tours and were unable to see the opera house at La Scala, just the museum. We were however given a crtificate to return the following day to see the opera house, which was beautiful. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and made every effort to keep our walking tour comfortable in the rain. He took the time to explain traditions and culture to put each stop within the context of its creation and modern times.

I wish there had been more time in the Duomo and much more time in the La Scala museum. The guide was good.

The tour started out with a lot of confusion about who belonged in what group as there were two groups departing at same time. We wasted many minutes in the Duomo with guide sorting that out. Also the group size was simply TOO LARGE for managing the Duomo and the theater. Believe we had 32 people and that was unmanageable. Guide was frustrated throughout. She didn’t give us any idea of what was happening when we left the Duomo and walked through the Galleria. The Duomo was beautiful, but we only saw one side of it and felt very rushed Although the Scala theater was pretty, I’ve seen just as beautiful, if not more so, theaters elsewhere. The Last Supper was wonderful and a great experience. Best part of the tour for sure.

Excellent tour. I booked this primarily to get a guaranteed visit to see the Last Supper fresco. That was certainly special to see. We also got a great visit to La Scalia ( the opera house) and the duome, and the Gallaria. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The Duome included a nice inside tour. It did not include going up to the Terraces, so we returned the next day to do that.

Our guide, Maximo, gave us an amazing history lesson! Several details that were really a surprise to us regarding the Duomo in Milan, Galeria, the Scala Theater and the Last Supper. We have learned a lot and we really recommend this great tour.

We needed to see a lot in a short amount of time and this tour worked for us. Be aware it is mostly a walking tour. Our tour guide was very informative.

I bought a tour with Viator with 3 visits. The Duomo, the Scala and the last Dinner. When we arrived to the meeting point indicated by the Viator operator we were informed that the Duomo was closed because of the G7 visit, they regret it and a refund will be issue, not by them but by Viator (verbal statement). When we arrived to the Duomo square, we realized that the Duomo was opened and people were entering. At the end of the tour I requested Viator for 1/3 of the tour price paid. Viator denied it and ask me to discuss with the tour operator, which I declined because my contract was with Viator. I asked to review it again and give me the rationale why Viator thought it was ok to keep money for services not rendered. I just received a reply that based on the information they have, they will not reimburse the portion of the tour not provided. Their answer is so lame and unprofessional that I will never again use this company. There are many options of tour providers, think before taking your chances with Viator
