Like: The City Tour with Double Decker bus was great. The Biscayne Bay Cruise is awesome with great chance to see the celebrity’s mansions on beautiful islands. NOT Happy: the tour instructions was not very clear. I missed the Everglades Airboat Ride because the Biscayne Bay Cruise tour departed and came back late. The bus driver gave us wrong information about the Everglades Airboat Ride pickup and instead he brought us back to the original meeting place. The tour company did offer a replacement tour on the next day but that would change our travel schedule. Overall I like the bus city tour and the Biscayne Bay boat tour but have nothing to say about the Everglades Airboat Ride because we lost it. I wish the tour management could have been better.Great option for people, who like us, came with kids for few days only, didn’t want to be stuck between hotel pool and beach only, and wanted to see a little bit of few things at a time. Great option for people, who like us, came with kids for few days only, didn’t want to be stuck between hotel pool and beach only, and wanted to see a little bit of few things at a time. We really enjoyed it. Didn’t see even one alligator in Everglades, but that’s fine. It’s wild life thing to live own life regardless of tourists’ expectations (besides we have alligators in our neighborhood lakes in Houston, so we have seen few before :) ).Disorganized in the beginning. Also Sat in rain on top of bus but it boat and airboat was good. Guy organizing was on Washington was rude.

My husband and I join this tour on 4/30/22. We were disappointed because the first tour guy spoke English so fast with very heavy accent,, it was very hard to understand. him. Also, changed multiple buses and tour guys for each activity and constantly asked for tips. We love to tips people for their good services, but I feel they are too much demanding for tips no matter what they said that’s part of their salary. We feel uncomfortable traveling in Miami.
