The actual experience at the Everglades was awesome but the experience of getting there was not. The bus was supposed to leave at 9:00. It never did arrive so another bus finally came. It was after 9:30 when we left. En route, the driver turned The bus off to re-start the air conditioning that was not working, and then the bus wouldn’t start. We had paid for three tours that day, but because of the lateness of the day by the time we returned from the Everglades, and after doing the City Tour…we were not able to continue so we decided to not go on the Bay tour. We also had no time for a bathroom break or lunch in between the Everglades and the City Tour. Parts of the day were good…parts of the day were not.

The tour was ok however they left us waiting in the bayside for almost 1 hours and 30 minutes!! Most of the people requested a Uber to back to south beach so I don’t really recommend a tour where they are not really responsible

bus ride and boat tour where very informative, due to an accident it took almost 2 hours to get to airboat, which was very short and for the most part boring, I've personally done this 2 times before, since we were so late this part of the tour was probably minimized.

It was a good priced and combined event, friendly people and stuff. I would recommend it to anybody wanting to experience Miami for the first or second time.

The bus to the everglades had no AC and windows don't open. Everyone was dripping with sweat & weak. 1 hr or more with traffic each way. 30 min on boat & saw I Blue Herron and 1 gator. Bus tour was boring. We got out for 5 min. To take pics of graffiti and again for 20min in Havanna to buy a souvenirs. Boat Tour was the best. Fun & entertaining. Great photo ops. Drinks for purchase. Pack snacks cuz we spent the whole 9hrs with only 1 20 min break and no time to order food anywhere. We were surving off a water bottle and granola bars.

The bus tour and the Biscayne bay boat ride. It was fun and enjoyable. The guides were knowledgeable and funny.

Took this tour on day one & saw a lot ! Loved the cruise along millionaires row, that area Bayside where the cruise leaves from has a ton of lively restaurants,, bars and tons people watching on the bay. The hop on-hop off bus is always a great way to see the sights, didn’t disappoint. The Everglades tour I honestly would not have done on its own, the thought of the Airboat Horatio style was appealing, (but not not my fav part of tour). All in all it was a great first day in Miami & money well spent !

This combo tour package is a great value and covers all the area tourist attractions that you want to see and do. We covered many places in 9 hours! First complaint I have is that they asked me to pay tip (for 3 persons in my family) when I checked in at the tour office. But I was asked later to tip at each of the 3 tours as well as the driver (which I had no problem as the guides were all knowledgeable and professional). But why asked to pay again and multiple times if I already paid first before the tour? Double charging? Second, there was the seemly disorganized connection between the buses. Had to ask several times with different people. First bus took us for Miami and Miami Beach city tours then returned to the company office to wait for a second bus to Sawgrass Recreation Area for the Everglades airboat ride and then boat tour of Miami port area from the Bayside Market Place in the end. Some tours were in the reverse order. Third, on the double decker bus, one will need to pay attention to trees, street signs and traffic lights sticking out to the street when you do the city tour. It is a bit dangerous if you stand up and not paying attention while on the top deck.

We realy appreciated goog organisation with very Lille waiting time between 3 trips. It is good value for money!

City Bus Needs A MakeOver & AC. Okay City Tour but better things out there! Everglades and Biscayne are worth the trip.

It was a great experience knowing major cities, and some celebrity mansions, also the Cuban cigar shop, art work places and the likes .. it was indeed a memorable experience.. and the price was affordable ❤️

In the write up said we would have time for lunch nope no chance. In the write up gives an end time 6-6:30pm but was done at 8:40pm. Air boat was good the rest ok. Also what it doesn’t tell you you will be asked to pay a $2 dollar each tip for the driver. But expect to be berated by the tour guide later in the day when you don’t tip even though you handed over the tip before the tour started at the meeting point

We are really enjoy the tour. The staff very professional & friendly. The Everglades is very amazing experience

The tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging. The city tour was very nice and well planned. The boat tour was a bit too long ( too much time on the return). The Everglade was a disappointment. The airboat captain was very disengaging and did not impart any relevant information. And we weren’t lucky enough to see any gators!

Visiting the Everglades andLittle Havana and the bay cruise were the highlights. I didn’t enjoy the bus tour traveling through the Wynwood neighborhood - it was fairly far away, slightly interesting and prolonged.

The Everglades Airboat ride was great! However, the city tour had some repetition from the bus ride to the Everglades, and the stop at the cigar store for “sales” and later a lunch stop reminded me of an unpleasant cruise ship where the people on board are “ nickle and dimed.”

Every thing was great. We did the combo tour. All the tours were awesome. Well worth the money. If your thinking about do it.

i was in miami by myself after a cruise and wanted to do some tourist things and for the price this tour is worth it. it was a long day but i’m glad i did it. all the guides were super nice & helpful. at the end the double decker bus did break down on the high way but it was during sunset so it was a pretty view and kinda funny lol

Very convenient to have all 3 excursions in one package. Enjoyed each tour, Everglades, City tour and boat tour tremendously. Pablo our city bus tour guide was wonderful. Felt like we were given ample time in each destination. Would highly recommend this excursion for the price!
