What to expect
After a fun and short lesson on how to scuba dive, we will do an actual scuba dive on a shallow coral reef where you can see coral fish and even turtles! This is for beginners, no prior scuba experience needed. Only basic swimming skills are required and being comfortable in the ocean. Please be sure to complete the waiver that will be sent to you after booking. When plannig your trip, know that flying within 18 hours of SCUBA is unsafe and therefore not permitted.

- MEDICAL WAIVER MUST BE COMPLETED 24 TO 48 HOURS PRIOR TO DIVE

- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- FLYING IS NOT PERMITTED ON SAME DAY AFTER DIVING

I'm a certified diver and took my son on his first scuba experience with Extended Horizons. I was super impressed with the precaution they took to help inform the group about how to operate the equipment and dive safely. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to try scuba diving, you are in safe hands. Our divemaster Phil was one of the nicest dive guides I've ever been with, and wanted to be helpful and make sure we have a good, comfortable time. He's someone I'd love to dive with again. Bruce was our instructor and did a great job teaching and leading the dive.This was our first time ever scuba diving. Bruce was our instructor and he did a phenomenal job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained things very well. We felt safe, and truly enjoyed the Experience.

My daughter ended up having an issue with her ears, and Gabi adjusted to accommodate all parties (safety is #1), she was very knowledgeable in the local ecology and I look forward to learning more about diving and practicing so I can come back and do one of their ecotours on Lanai’i.
