There was no one waiting at Luxor Airport with our name on the sign after we had collected our bags.......as they had advertised. We rang the operator number and even though he said he was 10 minutes away; he arrived 25 minutes later at the airport. All the usual sorry...

The only issue I had was the vehicle wreaked of smoke.
